Dear Kopan Sushi Management,

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your restaurant today July 30 at 1pm. During my visit on July 30, I encountered multiple issues that greatly impacted my dining experience.

First and foremost, I was appalled by the behavior of two of your waiters. Not only was he rude and unprofessional, but he also attempted to charge me the dinner price for a lunch special bento that I had ordered. This blatant attempt to overcharge me was completely unacceptable and left me feeling disrespected as a customer.

Furthermore, I was shocked to find that I was not given a basic courtesy such as a glass of water throughout my meal. The lack of attention to such a fundamental aspect of customer service was disappointing.

Additionally, the uncomfortable dining environment due to the lack of air conditioning made my experience even more unpleasant. It was incredibly hot inside the restaurant, which significantly detracted from my overall enjoyment of the meal.

Moreover, I was deeply disturbed to overhear the waiter making derogatory remarks about customers, including myself, behind our backs. Such unprofessional behavior has no place in the service industry, where the primary focus should be on serving customers with respect and courtesy.

I believe that these issues reflect poorly on the reputation of Kopan Sushi and raise concerns about the quality of service provided at your establishment. As a customer, I expect to be treated with professionalism and courtesy, neither of which I experienced during my visit.

I urge you to address these issues promptly and take appropriate measures to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Customers should feel valued and respected when dining at your restaurant, and it is essential that all staff members uphold the standards of customer service expected in the industry.

Unfortunately, based on my recent experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Kopan Sushi to others. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to prevent similar situations from happening again.

Authentic Japanese Vibes, Freshness, and Attention to Detail – A Perfect Sushi Spot

I recently visited this sushi restaurant, and from the moment I walked in, it felt like stepping into Japan. The warm lighting, traditional Japanese decor, and soft Japanese music created an amazing atmosphere that made the experience even more special.
