I would give Digital Imaging Centre a zero star rating if possible. An extremely disappointing experience at my first time here. Customer service is an area of concern...lack of expertise and professionalism. I paid a $50 deposit for a photo collage and decided not to go through with it after seeing the very basic/poor design (nothing was printed). They kept the full deposit even though the design fee is set at $25, which is unethical and most likely illegal too. The developed negatives came back to me rolled up in the cannister, and when I asked the owner to cut and sleeve the roll, he did so with a bare hand and a pair of scissors in front of me on the dirty front counter. He then picked up the cut negatives and sleeved them into a single wax paper sleeve, touching several exposures in the process. The result was a low-quality, unedited photo that cost $18.99 for two copies or one digital copy. Each additional copy is another $20, which feels overpriced for such a basic picture.
