Chinatown Express — Restaurant in Los Angeles

The initial service was good. However I encountered some sort of hair looking object in my food. When I went back to return the food for a refund, the employee not only denied me an initial refund, but showed the object to the owner in which he derogatorily replied "It's not a hair." In a nutshell, the owner & employee tried to force me the customer to take and eat some random disgusting thing in the food. I explained to them how disgusted I was, and that there was no way that I would eat the food. The owner's blatant body language expressed his irritability from the situation as you could obviously tell that he did not want to give me my money back. What a ripoff, right? After a moment of silence deliberation, he finally decided to give me a refund. I sincerely apologized for any inconvenience I may have caused him or his business. I was standing about 10ft away from him and with no business occurring, I watched as he clearly ignored and disregarded me as if I wasn't even there. So I decided to repeat my apology in a much louder tone. He never even flinched to look at me and acknowledge me, not even for a farewell greeting. Please understand that this was my FIRST and LAST time I will EVER choose to dine at that place. I felt as if the owner disrespected me on a professional level as well as a personal level given my ethnicity. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO LEAVE A FIRST IMPRESSION ON A BUSINESS. A...

They raised the prices again they're doing it little by little ,they wanna know how far they can get , do not be amazed when you have to pay $15 for a 2 items combo because you people are the ones letting it this happen, when the cashier gave me my total I told her I usually pay $9.80 and she said yes that was before I told her ok that's why I keep coming back to your restaurant, but I'm not paying more this time so I turned around and left , sometimes I eat 2- 3 times a week at this restaurant, but now I'm gonna eat here every other month , same thing did my ex baber so I have to change my barber shop , now I'm saving me $15 everytime I get me a hair cut , you the people let this happen , and I'm sure you can pay it just like I can ,but you know what ,there's people that won't be able to afford it anymore , I'm talking about seniors , retirees people etc , think about the others as well...

First time trying. As I was walking in, a fellow fat guy was walking out and I asked him if "This place was any good?" He said it was "The bomb" and that was good enough for me. I bought a two entree combo with two eggrolls. The total was $11.01. The food was fresh and delicious. The little asian ladies were friendly. No wait and I just got done eating and I am stuffed.
