El Norteno de Savy Store — Local services in Los Angeles

Been a loyal customer since I was 12. I would come here all the time, and bring my friends, and still do. Great memories. The prices which used to be a joke have now become a lot closer to market value. Once I asked why the prices were high they said they added tax to them. Which is understandable this is still a business. Having worked my fair share of customer service I can truly say to not expect a warm welcome or a smile. Despite all the workers there not wearing a mask.

To wrap up you’d think a loyal costumer who has been going for 20 years would be treated well. No luck. Hopefully they get a new crop of workers there so I can have another chance at enjoying my local card. Of course this is just my experience....

This place is THE place for anyone living in east los Angeles or even around the area. Seriously, it can compete with the all powerful frank and sons! Lol service is great and the prices are fantastic! They host tournaments every Sunday at 11:30am and they have this weird arcade that's called a duel terminal. Pretty much you put In a dollar and it gives you a choice to begin: take a random card for free that it spits out like a atm (or it feels that way) or take a random card and play a computer opponent for another free card (which that one would be free.) I pulled a ally of justice catastor!...

Is the owner the old man? Cuz how are you the owner of the place and super rude and not helpful? I was recommended by a friend but the service is TRASH, honestly the only reason people keep going is because it’s the only card store in east LA but montebello has one and is definitely MUCH better. Been there once and Never going again. Rather keep going all the way to montebello then dealing with shops that treat their customers...
