I go to El Pollo Loco all the time and get the SAME thing every time. I repeated my order about 3 or 4 times to the cashier and they still forgot to add an item in my burrito. When I told them, they gave me the item in a container on the side. I told him I wanted in the burrito. They told me it's the same thing. I said no I wanted in my burrito. They fixed it and return the burrito to me. I also had a side of sour cream. It was barely filled up so I ask them to fill it all the way up. They gave me a hard time like I was asking for too much. I had to go back and forth with them on why I should be getting a whole thing of sour cream otherwise what's the purpose. The cashier and the woman behind the counter got an attitude and roll their eyes at me like I was being difficult, but they should just be doing their jobs anyway. After all, they're not losing any money or sleep to get me my correct order. The entire time I was smiling, saying things in a very soft and happy tome because I didn't want them to think I was mad or being argumentative. Yet they still had an attitude. Get it together. I will not be coming to this...
Read moreI visited this place on Wednesday. My mother and I decided to grab something to eat. I usually don't come here but we were close. First of all, the service was slow. And waited over 10 mins for our food. I realized it was busy but no excuse for our food to be dry & tough (Leg & thigh) and chicken avocado burrito was not very good. The cut up chicken tasted old. As if, they decided to get rid of the old chicken and use it on salads, burritos...since, it blends in well with other ingredients and hides its freshness. But believe me, I can taste it. It was ok. I was hungry and no choice but to eat it. I ordered some churros. Well, those weren't any better than the food. It took so long just to get 2 churros. No excuse, to get them and as I start to chew and eat them. They are missing the sugar & cinnamon. And greasy. I was so disappointed. As I said, I usually don't come here....
Read moreI do not what is going on with hispanic located business. Instead of improving, they are going down the toilet. If you go to white area business, they are more proffesionals. They ask you if you need condimenta instead of you asking. With us, you in these restaurants you have to fight them and argue with them to give you condiments. The managers are making such LAMBISCONES out of the employees that I told my family, ypu all have TO TWIST my arm to come and buy from this place again. They can check their cameras for as long as they want, I am not their vustomer anymore. This is bad because my family LOVE pollo loco but I am THE ONE that goes to get it. But now, they have lost all the business that comes from my family. The star is only because my family like it and because I need it to do the review. I had hope they improved but...
