Very unprofessional experience here at Gigi’s salon. I gave her my reference photo which I attached and she said she’d be able to accomplish it and this is what I’m walking out with. Throughout the entire experience I was passed on to different people to complete different tasks like toner, washing and etc. I felt forgotten about throughout the experience but I was willing to let it go if I was getting the results I wanted. After my color, I go to a different girl Lisa (who was wonderful) to blow dry my wet hair. She does a beautiful blow out. At the end of my service Gigi asked me if I like it and I said I don’t love it. She asked me what’s wrong with it and I told her it just doesn’t match the picture and there’s pieces you neglected completely that are now a completely different color than the rest of my hair. She says “Well you don’t have the same color hair as the girl in the picture and your strands are broken so I can’t dye them” ????? So you did my hair knowingly you didn’t have the expertise to do and then failed to let me know you were purposely leaving out strands of my hair that are now a completely different color? No customer service at all. Didn’t offer to make the color match, didn’t offer another time to fix it, didn’t care at all. Before I booked the appointment, I asked for the price. I was quoted 450. At the end of my service I was told it will be 450 for the color then 85 for my blow dry?!?! Who has EVER heard of that? I let them know nobody made me aware of two separate transactions. How absolutely unprofessional. I’m paying almost 500 dollars for you to not even dry my hair after a service? They asked to take a picture of my hair after for their “files” and I said please don’t worry about it, I won’t be back. Then the girl gives me a complete attitude and says take off the robe before you leave. It is no wonder this woman has thousands of followers on instagram and barely gets 50 likes on her posts. She bought her followers. Please do not go here. I was so excited to be completely disappointed and uncomfortable with their customer service. How are you upset with me that I’m unhappy? I just had to write and tell you all how incredible my experience was today at the salon! Seriously, I mean Gigi thank you so much, you are a wizard with hair. ——————— I did a ton of digging to find someone who could fix my hair disaster. I was this close to just shaving it all off because of some really bad dye jobs in the past.
But Gigi, wow – she totally saved my hair. She corrected the color, nailed the balayage, and styled it so beautifully, I couldn't believe it was my hair. I'm beyond happy and finally found my go-to stylist in LA.
If you're on the fence about where to go for any hair coloring or styling, trust me, Gigi is your person.

I requested high contrast highlight and a root smidge with toner; she followed the picture of what I wanted, as well as explained what would be realistic, and that she could lighten my hair to the desire that I wanted (where other colorists fall short).
