I went into the store today and had a very terrible experience with Melissa.
I have this coupon code that I received via email. I showed her the email and immediate she said âoh I canât do thatâ. So I mentioned that it says I can received 15% off my purchase and sheâs said that it was probably online only. I showed her that the email literally says in store to use. Then she pointed out the e-mail subject line that said âexpiring soonâ and mentioned that the coupon is just expired. I pointed out that it says expiring June 11, 2023. And then she said, oh itâs prob a scam email. So I showed her different emails Iâve received from the same email alias. She finally got ahold of a manager over the phone however was still unable to adequately fix the issue. The manager over the phone told her to change an item total to $3.07 in which she picked the lowest item that was $2.69 and changed that to $3.07 to give me a discount which she only increased the price and still was unable to understand how the...
   Read moreAs far as I went to so many sallyâs beauty, the staff always helpful and nice but this one girl(with glasses) didnât helpful at all, I am just trying to return my stuff( I think sheâs new or she just donât want to help me coz I came 7.40 and closing time is 8.00) And i want exchange some stuff she said she canât do it she have to do it refund to my card which she said in the first place if not receipt they only accept exchange(sallyâs rules and I knew it) and she said she doesn't have to option to refund me suggest me to go to the other sallyâs beautyđđđđ next day (like I dont have any other plans or something to do) Not the worst experience but I hope you train her more to do the job, if not just let her ask(sup or manager on duty) don't leave your trainee alone.

The customer service is top notch & the beautiful ladies who work here are absolute rockstars. There was a tiny mix-up & the manager Daijone instantly resolved & handled it professionally.
