The esthetician who did my Hydrate and Glow facial was amazing and had profound knowledge of skin care and used the highest quality products. She took her time explaining each step, making me feel both informed and pampered. The treatment left my skin glowing and hydrated!

Formula Fig was incredible. I had the Collagen+Texture procedure, and it was fantastic and my skin looks amazing. My esthetician Anna was amazing, she was very thorough and communicative throughout, and gave me a lot of confidence in the procedure. The space is also very funky and they have a range of amazing products for sale. Overall everyone was very friendly and informative, and they aren't trying to push (sell!) you on products or procedures like a lot of other clinics do, it's clear they are confident in what they do, and what they offer, and are there to support you in whatever you need for your skin, without doing a hard sales pitch, which I really appreciate it. I had an amazing experience at Formula Fig in WeHo! It was my first facial ever and I could not have asked for a better first time. Quincie, at the front desk, was so welcoming when I arrived and answered all of my questions about the company, memberships, the facial and products in the store. She was very knowledgeable and beyond accommodating! My facial was with Anna, who was also very helpful and took great care of my sensitive skin. She sent me off with a tester of the SPF she recommended and I felt confident taking all of her advice.
