Subject: Disappointment with Recent Experience at Your Restaurant
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your restaurant, which has compelled me to bring my concerns directly to your attention.
I have always held your establishment in high regard, but my latest visit left much to be desired. It appears that the service has significantly declined, which is disheartening for loyal patrons like myself. I understand that managing a restaurant can be challenging, especially during busy periods; however, the lack of professionalism I encountered is unacceptable.
During my recent phone call to inquire about a reservation, I spoke with a female manager who was surprisingly rude and belligerent. Rather than providing assistance, she responded defensively and dismissively. This kind of interaction is not what one expects from a manager, particularly in a hospitality environment where customer service is paramount.
Additionally, I was informed that the owner, Guillaume, was unavailable as he is currently on vacation. While I understand that everyone deserves time off, it seems that the management team should still be capable of providing a satisfactory level of service in his absence. Unfortunately, it felt as though his employees were instructed to mislead me regarding his whereabouts, which raised concerns about transparency and honesty within the team.
It is troubling to observe this behavior, as it appears to reflect a broader pattern of negligence towards non-celebrity patrons. There is a noticeable emphasis on catering to celebrity guests, which is understandable given the nature of the restaurant industry; however, it should not come at the expense of regular customers. Every patron deserves respect and quality service, regardless of their status.
The combination of rude staff and a lack of attention to all customers has left me questioning the values upheld by your establishment.
I urge you to reassess the current management practices and employee training protocols to ensure that all customers are treated with the courtesy and professionalism they deserve. It is crucial for the reputation of your restaurant that every guest feels valued and welcomed, regardless of their background or status.
Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. I have always enjoyed the croissants at your restaurant, which is why I have...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Mr. T Restaurant in Los Angeles, and I must say, the experience was truly delightful. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a chill and inviting atmosphere that set the perfect tone for a memorable evening.
The food at Mr. T is simply outstanding. The burger I ordered was a true masterpiece. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, it was a delightful treat for my taste buds. Accompanied by crispy fries, it was a meal I won't forget anytime soon.
I also had the pleasure of trying the Thai Kampachi Crudo, and let me tell you, it was a game-changer. The freshness of the fish combined with the bold Thai flavors created a harmonious explosion of taste. It was a refreshing and delightful dish that showcased the culinary expertise of the chef.
While I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, I must admit that the Steak Beurre Blanc was just okay. It had its moments, but I found it to be lacking that wow factor I experienced with the other dishes. Nonetheless, it was decent and certainly worth a try.
In addition to the delectable food, the service at Mr. T was exceptional. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, adding to the overall positive dining experience.
Overall, I highly recommend Mr. T Restaurant for its chill ambiance, delicious burgers, and outstanding Thai Kampachi Crudo. It's a fantastic spot to unwind and indulge in culinary delights. Although the Steak Beurre Blanc wasn't the highlight, the overall experience made up for it. Don't miss out on this gem in...
Read moreWent last night with a set of friends and we were pretty disappointed all around considering the price point. Mind you, this was with a special promotion we used. Their business must be hurting.
The cocktails I tried werenât great, nor were they terrible - they were serviceable.
Here is a list of some of the food items we ordered:
Milk bread - Not good and not made fresh to order. The extra brown butter we ordered was grainy and weird.
Poireaux burrata - the peach and arugula salad with burrata was not seasoned/dressed well. The peaches, which are in season mind you, were flavorless.
Croquettes monsieur - Small and unbalanced flavor with the super thick âcrĂ©me fraicheâ
Mr T Pates a la truffle - their signature dish that is a super weird and overly flamboyant take on mac nâ cheese. Too fussy and flavors werenât strong and balanced.
Steak frites - Actually the tastiest thing we had. Steak was a little tough but cooked as instructed. Fries were great and seasoned well.
Service was alright, but could have been better.
We wonât be returning unless there are major changes in...
