I’ve been living at FRAME since the very beginning — nearly two years now — and I can say from the heart that it’s been a true blessing. This building is more than just a place to live; it’s a space that inspires peace, productivity, and a real sense of belonging.

The location is simply unbeatable. Right in Downtown Culver City, you’re just steps away from Culver Steps, Trader Joe’s, the Metro, great restaurants, coffee shops, and everything else you might need — all within walking distance. And yet, despite being so central, the building sits in a quiet, residential area that gives you the calm you need to focus and unwind.

FRAME itself is modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The high ceilings, spacious layouts, and beautifully curated furniture make each unit feel like a sanctuary. The lobby is absolutely stunning — it feels more like a boutique hotel than an apartment building — and everything is always spotless. The vibe is serene, the neighbors are respectful, and there’s a sense of quiet efficiency that’s rare to find in L.A.

A special shoutout must go to Karla, the property manager, who truly goes above and beyond. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail make all the difference. She makes you feel seen and supported, and that kind of service is not easy to find.

Spent three years here and could not have been happier!!

Karla, the property manager, monitors issues at the complex around the clock and is very responsive. The rare occasions we had issues, she made herself immediately available to problem solve.

The cleaning/maintenance crew is incredible. Friendly smiles and warm conversations every day. The property is kept immaculately clean.

Rooftop view is one of the best in the area. Grills and common area are sparsely used and terrific amenities.

Apartment complex is pretty quiet (neighbors keep to themselves for the most part). A positive or a negative, but we appreciated the calm.

Overall, this building is a terrific way to get access to Downtown Culver without paying the price of complexes a block or two to the south.
