West LA Geek Squad (Gabriel) built and sold me a defective computer. After hours and hours on the phone, Best Buy provided me with a UPS shipping label to return the defective product. UPS AND BEST BUY BOTH ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE PRODUCT IS AT BEST BUYS WAREHOUSE, but it only scanned the computer case not all the returned components. The product never worked. Best Buy has the returned product. It is all documented via UPS tracking, and for 2 full months, I have been promised a refund for over $1,000, which I have never received. That is theft. If you work at Best Buy LA or Geek Squad in West LA call me to settle this matter. Five calls have been escalated to the manager of this store and I have never received a call. Best Buy is basically a criminal enterprise. You have my emails, voicemails, call records, shipping records, your own agents notes, UPS confirmation, but no refund? Please explain, because 100 hours on hold has gotten me no where; and you have stolen approximately $1,000 from me. Gabriel will remember me and my 13 year old son he built the non functioning computer for.
