This place is really good! Can’t believe I didn’t know about until today and I live nearby. This will now be my go to spot for ramen and bowls. I got the kuromayu ramen bowl which was good and the chashu pork was sooo tender and delicious. The ramen broth was good (not the best but still good) and not overly salty. I would get the ramen again solely for the meat. Three pieces of meat doesn’t cut it for me so next time I will add more chashu pork for $3 to my order- you won’t be disappointed. My mom got the chashu bowl. My goodness, the flavors of chashu pork with the pickled onions, egg and green onions were just sooo damn good. We went for lunch and I wish I could’ve had her bowl for dinner but sadly she wanted it for herself lol. This place is seriously amazing with top notch service and I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

they're okay. i tried the bone broth ramen and the broth itself was not very rich, a bit too thin, the noodles were unoffensive but also pretty forgettable. the chashu is nice (falls apart and melts in the mouth with flavor), as is the egg (damn near perfectly soft boiled and pickled), but the wood mushroom was rubbery instead of crunchy and the bamboo shoots were above average sweet. overall not a bad experience but Futaba is right across the street from them and Koppan Ramen just a short 5 minute drive further near the mall and both have better parking options. this place does have better seating space than Futaba though. i've waited 45 minutes for both Futaba and Koppan, i wouldn't wait for Maru. i would eat here without qualms if brought by friends but i definitely know there is a greater experience to be had nearby.

Such a great ramen place and you get a lot of noodles with your soup. My friend and I came here for dinner after work. I seen and read the reviews about this place for a while but never had the chance to come here until today. Finding parking was easy since they have many spots in the back. When I walked in, I got seated right away but keep in mind that everyone in your party has to be there for you to put in your order. I got the Spicy Miso Ramen with no green onions, no bean sprouts, no seaweed and asked for extra noodles. The food didn't take long to come out and it was very good. I shouldn't of got extra noodles cause I thought they give a little but but I was wrong. The service was great, the waitress check in on us from time to time. They also take Apple Pay as a payment method too.

I fail to understand why this place has such high ratings. The ambiance is a bit eerie. Aside from the pop music, the place is very dark. Are they skimming on electricity? I get it, but I can’t even see my food. I see lightbulbs but they are turned off. One has to scan a barcode to see the menu. Problem with this is: aside from being dark inside, it doesn’t deploy easily. Navigating through it is hard. Writing in the menu has special characters/font and font size is small. The food is alright. Nothing stellar. Fried rice is solid. But nothing warns you or indicates that the Tsukemen barely has any liquid/broth. I had to open the scan menu again, navigate through the hard menu. There it was, in itty bitty writing. That was a “dipping ramen”. Bummer I wasn’t able to see that in the dark, with a hard to deploy menu. Service was terrible. I had to yell for her on multiple occasions. She also forgot to put in my fried rice so we got it well in the end so it was a bit of a bummer. Payment barcode doesn’t deploy either. Yeah, kind of a bumming experience all around. Paid $67+ tip & left hungry & disappointed. We might give it another shot some other day but I’m bot...

First time here & the last time. $20 +++ for noodles? Are you kiddin- me???? Walked in 2- customers inside seated eating at 530pm. I looked over the menu, not really impressed. But I placed my order & specifically told the kid taking the order " No- No Pork or Onions" I was very admenant & made it a point to make sure not to have that in my food. Well- I got my order & drove back to work. Wouldn't you know it?? Onions & Fffffffnnnn Pork. Then I even noticed to fork- Chop- sticks??? Really?? I want to eat- my ffffnnn food, not savior & look at the sky, moon, sun. I called to express my displeasure with my order & the kid who took the order? Why, it's his job to make sure that the order he put in- going out to the customer- me is what was placed? Had to pick out the onions & remove the pork. Don't recommend this place. Noodles is not...
