That office made so many mistake first the reception is so rude when call her for authorization it was approved and had ask her to plz do it with anestesia she answered do u have the ICD ten code I’m sorry I’m not the nurse she should know that second mistake she and the lady Sol submitted the Authorization with the wrong Information of my brother they but and older man’s information and still confirm the appointment to the other person and then they referred my brother to USC so what’s does Sol does she fax paper work from different hospital I’m calling USC to confirm they receive everything took them 3 weeks to fax everything to USC but they fax all wrong authorization they fax one from white memorial hospital when it had to be to USC sorry that staff by the name Sol is so rude and doesn’t knows how to do her job they could operate the wrong person...

She looked embarrassed and confessed the Dr. Habibi had not even arrived yet! There were at least TWO patients who had arrived before me, and the (tiny) waiting room was now packed with additional patients. Read moreI was reading some of the other reviews and it made me think of how great Dr Habibi and his staff were to me! I felt like I had known them my whole life!! Nowadays most Doctors give you this side eye look when you're dealing with pain. Not Dr. Habibi He asked a few simple questions and it was like he felt my pain and he was going to everything he could to make it all better and he did!! I am so Grateful to Dr Habibi and his staff!!!
