Super rude door man who acted like a cop when I returned a pair of shoes. Bought a pair of shoes, took them home, put them on and I noticed my toe was slipping because there wasn't support for the soft material so I returned them two days later. I walked to the woman behind the counter to tell her I wanted to exchange them for a different kind of shoe, but the door guy at the store said he would help me. He pulled out the shoes and inspected them and said they were worn. I said they weren't. He insisted they were and I asked why he was saying something that wasn't true and he became belligerent and rude and would not stop talking and making it worse. It was the worse customer service I have ever experienced. He was like a cop accusing me of doing something wrong and when I told him that he said that if I felt like a criminal then I was one. The store manager came out and looked at the shoes and approved an exchange. The security guy called another man to stand with him and he stared at me as I looked for another pair. It was really uncomfortable and I felt like I was being stalked. I'm 57 years old. It was a terrible experience and I won't return to the store, ever. I'll spend my money somewhere else. One last thing: It's not the company management's responsibility to teach manners, but it is their responsibility to see that their customers are met with a smile and a willingness to make their experience shopping at the store a satisfying one if they want the customers to return.
