If I could give this place zero Stars I would. I placed an order through an app called too good to go. It was advertised. I was supposed to get $30 worth of food for $10 so I came out of my way to come get my order. I was not giving $30 worth of food. I was literally given a personal size cheese pizza which hardly I need any cheese on it. Two small lemon bars and literally spaghetti noodles. Maybe half of a cup that was enough for like a toddler with one splash of tomato sauce. No meat and I was told this was $30 worth of food. But when you look on their website there's a whole meal deal for $28 which is two large pizzas garlic knots and a 2 l of soda for $30. So why didn't I get that? The whole point of the app is to save money. So yeah they cheated me and it's not the app that cheats you. It's the restaurant that cheats you don't trust...
Read moreI wanted to order a pizza from this place because my friends and I think it's pretty good. When I called I could barely hear the gentleman on the phone, whom wasn't very helpful either. I hung up after just hearing static and partially putting in an order. I never got confirmation that I placed an order or asked for my payment info. I decided to just be healthy and go to subway after that. I get a bunch of missed calls (left my phone at home haha). Turns out they decided to deliver the pizza. That's fine, but when I called and said sorry and that I was happy to pay for a new pizza the person on the phone told me they were charging for the pizza I NEVER GOT. 1st off, just because I've ordered there before doesn't mean I don't get a say in how I want to pay. I'll make sure to avoid this place unless they can make up for this...
Read moreMy Too Good To Go order was supposed to be a $30 value for $10. I received a medium cheese pizza, four garlic cheese rolls, and spaghetti with tomato sauce. When added to my cart on their website, this totals less than $25. Furthermore, the rolls didn't come with sauce, and the spaghetti I received seems to be a more basic version than anything offered on their menu.
Aside from the lack of stated value, the pizza was fine, but no better than a Hot-n-Ready. The spaghetti was beyond awful. Watered down, overcooked, not enough sauce. Just terrible. The garlic cheese rolls were good, but it was a very small order, and again, no sauce.
Lastly, TGTG is supposed to keep food from going to waste, but this felt more like Groupon to me. It's like the pizza shop is just trying to drum up business. I will...
