Harmony Gold — Local services in Los Angeles

Have seen several screenings here over the past month and every single one of them have had A/V (mostly A) issues. From sound not starting with the movie to extremely choppy and poppy mic feeds for the QA, it seems like the crew here is either inept, asleep, or simply lazy. If just one occurrence I would excuse, but two nights in a row? And again a week later? C'mon guys this is the big leagues, multimillion-dollar-grossing studios are screening their A-list product, I refuse to believe there isn't enough Big Studio money to throw at a problem if it was deemed worth solving.

If you have a choice, would not recommend watching things here. If you must: there is an overflow parking lot in the back but it fills up quickly.

Be aware - the PARKING spots are insanely limited and this is the only place that any event I’ve ever attended made me looking for public parking on sunset blvd. If you know LA well enough, that’s not an easy mission to accomplish. You’ll either park next to someone’s tent or walk back thru risky blocks.

Other than that couldn’t recall any bad memories, it was a nightmare to know that complimentary parking was not truly enough...

Definitely has upgraded in the last 13 years. The seats are much more comfortable and the rows are more spaced out. The sound and picture was great. We got completely lost in the screening without any distractions (until someones cell phone went off... Grrrr...)

We are definitely going to keep a lookout for further...
