Stumbled upon here, kind of by accident. I ride my bike along the Chandler Bike Path a few times a week, and had noticed a handmade sign that said "Brewery This Way". The sign was messed up and pointed downwards, so I had no idea where it was pointing. I opened Google Maps, to look for the Brewery In Question. N Hollywood has a handful of Breweries, so I probably wasn't going to figure this one out. But, I did notice one tucked away in a neighborhood, just off the bike path.
Curious, and having never been there (also it was getting dark), I decided to give it a try. Super glad I did. It's a great spot!
Though I was on my bike, I immediately appreciated a decent sized parking lot. Parking is a pain in N Hollywood, so any lot bigger than 10 spots is welcomed. Also, the food stand set up in the parking lot was a good sign (I'd later order a fantastic smash burger and fries. If that place is always there, definitely give it a try).
Overall, the spot was great. Spacious, in that it had a large 'warehouse brewery' type feel. Solid selection of their own brewed beers, as well as some others. Staff was super friendly, and helpful. They brew their own sour beer, which I always see as a good sign. I tried it and it was spot on.
I just happened to stumble in right before Bingo had started. A mid 40s Dad rolling in solo, beer and burger in hand, sitting down to play bingo isn't the most impressive sight. But the vibe was great, everyone seemed friendly, and I had no problem feeling at home. However, didn't even come close to winning at bingo.
Overall, great spot. Nice folks. Solid beer. Bingo. Go...
Read moreI had zero expectations walking into this brewery. My very first interaction was perfect. Owen made me feel like I was an old friend as soon as I approached the counter.
The vibe of this place is very friendly, and it feels like anyone could come in knowing nothing about brewery culture and still leave in a great mood. The staff seems like they actually want to be here, and are willing to answer any questions without skipping a beat.
As with most breweries, there was a food truck outside, and small snacks for sale at the counter. The building is very clean, with the perfect amount of lighting.
There is plenty of seating downstairs with communal bench style tables, and a few wooden "barrels" for a more personal seating arrangement. Upstairs on the mezzanine there is even more seating with plenty of room to accommodate. Speaking of accommodations: they even have an accessible elevator to the mezzanine for anyone who may be in a wheelchair or not able to use stairs. I can't forget to mention that they also have real pinball machines.
The beer selection is smaller than many breweries I have been to, and that is a good thing. Instead of 35 different IPAs, they have a balance of different styles for every taste. Personally I like sours, so I wish they had more than one, but the one they have was excellent.
Flights are around $16 and you can choose four different brews. You won't be disappointed with any of them. I tried six different beers and all of them had actual tasting notes outside of "hops" and "bitter."
I will...

From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. It felt like reconnecting with family in your backyard—relaxed, nostalgic, and full of good vibes.
On the bartender’s recommendation, I started with the Bikini Bottom sour ale, a delightful mix of orange and pineapple flavors. It was refreshing, tangy, and the perfect way to kick off the visit. The brewery’s rustic, industrial charm was captivating, and seeing the brewing process in action added a unique, behind-the-scenes touch to the experience. It’s exciting yet calming—a true escape.
As for the food made an incredible food truck it was a treat! I ordered chicken tacos that were absolutely phenomenal, a chicken quesadilla that hit all the right notes, and a side of perfectly crispy fries. Everything was cooked to perfection and reasonably priced.
If you’re in the North Hollywood area, Lawless Brewing Co. is a must-visit. Great beer, amazing food, and a vibe that makes you feel right at home. I’d give it a solid 9.5/10 and can’t...
