10 :30 am I called this place and spoke to someone that works to transfer calls. I asked if someone could help me with knowing what a person can do while using one of their computers. So my call was transferred. When the next worker answered I explained what I needed to happened in detail such as the following. My computer just took a dive on me and I need to create a recovery usb. I have on a flash drive Microsoft media 64 bit home edition that needs to be opened. What I need their computer to do is to let me use a USB port to open my drive and to open this program. The program would run Microsoft 64 bit recovery back into my flash drive which would create a boot drive for my pc. So she stayed at yes you can do that come on In. It's now 12:30 and I only stayed about 3 mins on that computer of theirs. The reason for the short time is simple: I was giving the wrong information. Their computer was asking for credentials to even start running this program. So when I asked question on how we can get passed this I got answers like I don't know and let me check with the tech guy. So I waited for him and when he finally showed up all he could say was it doesn't work and never gave me a reason why it didn't. So all in all I was charged for the time I was on that computer even though I called ahead of time asking about this situation and still got the wrong information. As you can see by my information above I am just wondering how else could a person tell me it's okay to come in when it really wasn't. This to me is very horrible business and poor understanding on what products and services...
Read moreWe were on hold for about 17 minutes before someone pick up the phone. We were trying to see if we could print 1 copy in photo paper out of our memory card. We did not want to go to the store if it wasn’t possible. We run our own business and we need to have accessibility with the companies we use. However, Staples apparently doesn’t know how to deal with business owners. We understand you have previous orders but keep in mind we went on your less busiest time. At 3pm is when this store is apparently slow. The manager by the name of Susie could not make the business decision to do that one print herself. If she would have taken that action it would have never interrupted the previous orders and she could’ve had one more customer. We needed up going to a competitor and we were in and out in less than 5 minutes. Your self serve copiers don’t print on photo paper, maybe you should consider changing that if you are not going to have the proper personnel. Staples is not business friendly and I would not recommend to anybody I know. All of this could’ve been prevented if someone picked up the phone! A wasted 30 minutes...

Was going to give one star because this hispanic short guy working at the print station gave me an ugly attitude as soon as I walked in and gave me a 2 hour wait time just to get labels printed then walked away didn't even attempt to help after that. I told him I didn't mind coming back. The first time I came in for labels it only took me nomore than 10 min. So this lovely nice gentlemen Roman came up to me and asked if I needed help. He helped me right away the same way I came in the first time. He got my labels done in under 10 min. Don't get helped by the hispanic short dude who works at print he has an ugly attitude cause how do you tell me wait time is 2 hours but your colleague gets it done in 10min. unprofessional and misleading. If Roman wasn't there I would've had to make two trips when it was really only one...
