From the moment I reached out, Ellie was exceptional: knowledgeable, warm, and incredibly responsive. Within 5 minutes of our first call, she had us scheduled for a same-day appointment to view the car we had our eye on. She guided us through every step of the process with genuine care and patience. In particular, when she realised we didn’t have an insurance policy lined up and were told by other providers it could take up to two weeks, Ellie somehow made the impossible happen and helped us secure same-day insurance to make sure we could get the car on the same day. Beyond her professionalism, Ellie has a truly big heart. She cared for us in such a warm, almost motherly way, making sure we felt comfortable, informed, and looked after throughout. It’s rare to find someone who can be so kind and nurturing while also being incredibly sharp and efficient at what they do!

I also want to give a big thank you to Jazmine Gonzalez. She was our first point of contact when we dropped by the dealership on a whim before scheduling an appointment with Ellie later that week. Even though the car we wanted to see was out, she still took the time to walk us through the Cayenne lineup and explain all the differences. After we purchased, her and Ellie went the extra mile to walk us through all the features - no rush, just really thoughtful and kind.

And lastly, thank you to Carolina Perez for making the paperwork side feel seamless. We just moved to California and this was our first time getting a car - Carolina took the time to explain everything in detail and walked us through all the protection packages in a way that actually made sense. She was super knowledgeable and honestly we’re so glad we went ahead with the protections she recommended.

I bought a new Panamera from Porsche DTLA recently. I could just buy from anyone at the dealership, but a friend of mine recommended Nick Choi as the sales manager, I met him and purchased the car. However, there were many things I felt unwelcome and Nick Choi was very unprofessional. (1)I asked questions about the car I was purchasing, and Nick Choi didn’t even care to do his job and just kept saying he doesn’t know the answer. I asked him if the driver’s seat is comfortable for long driving, but what he told me was just customize it. Wth? And all other questions I asked which were very straightforward about the car, he kept saying he doesn’t know. I mean, if you don’t know why are you seating here pretending you are a sales guy? (2)I fully paid $120k for this Panamera the day I went to this dealership. What I received as the courtesy service was nothing, so I had to ask for a key case and a shirt with Porsche logo on. The other sales guys were trying to get me more gifts, but this Nick Choi guy was stopping them saying those cost much to give out for free. I freaking paid $120k, and why does he have to stop other sales guys from getting me more gifts when those were not from his own pocket? (3)I had to fill out documents, and when I figured out some of documents were missing in the process, I asked him if he can double check them. What he said to me the next was that those missing documents are complicated to fill out, turned out it didn’t even take 5 minutes.. Why do you tell your valuable customer who pays full cash at once with you being the sales manager that you are not willing to prepare necessary documents just because you have to double check and that it takes 5 minutes? Overall, it was very unpleasing, and my worst experience in purchasing cars in my life. What I regret is that I didn’t change the god damn sales person to...
