We bought a living room set back in May 2021 that finally was delivered a couple of weeks ago, after they set up the couches we noticed the love seat had a big opening in the middle, it did not match the other sofa. I told the delivery person that this is not correct, he called the sales person Ray, he may be the owner I am not sure, and told him the problem then he gave me the phone said that Ray wants to talk to you, so he told me that I need to pay the balance of the payment which was $1,000 and he will send someone next week to fix the problem, I told him I can't pay him until he fixed the problem, then he said if thats the case he has to take the love seat back to the store to fix it, I said sure no problem. So they took the love seat back. Earlier this week I get a message from him that the love seat is ready to be delivered and he wants me to pay the balance of $1,000 before he delivers the love seat, he sent me a picture of the love seat showing that was fixed. I told him that I can't pay him the balance until he delivers the love seat to my house and if it looks good then I'll pay him, his final email said that he's not going to go back and forth with me he is not going to deliver the love seat until I pay the balance.
So first time around he delivered the love seat without collecting the balance of $1,000. And now that the love seat was damaged and he said he fixed it, he will not deliver it without getting paid in full in Advance, I wonder why???
I have some of the pictures that I took at the delivery truck of all the furniture's thrown on top of each other, I wonder what kind of damage they will have on the second delivery. And now I have a $8,000 living room set without the love seat in my house. Thanks...

Ray (Owner) is an amazing person, extremely professional, very polite, respectful however on the other side the sales person (Nayeri) was nice in the beginning when she was selling the furniture but she was no where to be find after getting her commission. We called and asked for her several times while we were waiting for the furniture to arrive, but she did not bother to return our calls and upon asking her when we personally flew from WA to LA to pay our balance she got edgy and replied with an Bad attitude replied "we are a retail and we have business to take care" (which means, I am done with you & I don't care about you anymore)(in short, No courtesy of calling your customer what so ever). BUT the Owner Ray was so responsive on calling us back and giving us the updates. The reason I gave 5 star is because of RAY not because of the sales person who did not treated us with respect and professionalism. Hope Ray give her a proper training. Around Mid November, 2017 they delivered the sofas and scratched our Brazilian cherry hardwood floor on multiple places. After months of phone calls, e-mails and empty promises, we took them to court proceedings about the scratches we were given a check by Italy 2000 which wouldn’t even cover a fraction of the cost to repair our floors. We requested Italy 2000 to provide their general liability information before going to court to file a claim and were denied. The owner Ramin kept saying "it’s a few small scratches" like if anyone scratches his floors he would be okay with it. They are brand new floors. Every contractor said that we couldn't do patches as it would show. His words were "well, it will show but eh, what can you do?" I have 2 small children and couldn’t access my home for over a week while the floors were being refinished. The refinishing cost us over $4000. Without counting the cleaning and the hotel cost.
