Jaxon James Couture Bridal — Local services in Los Angeles

I flew to LA with my mother and family friend to find my dream dress and made appointments at major couture bridal salons with a budget of $15-20,000-USD. After spending the day in appointments at Monique Lhuillier and Galia Lahav (both excellent), I was still striking out on finding my dream dress. My lovely bridal stylist at Galia Lahav recommended Jaxon James to me based on the dress I was describing and he told me there was a line they carried called Nicole + Felicia that was hitting on everything I wanted. We hurriedly called the salon and drove down the road to go there as they were closing in 2 hours and my flight was leaving the next day. The bridal stylist greeted us very kindly and let us know they were fully committed with appointments which I understood completely (had I known this place existed, I would have made the appointment). She said if they had a window of time that they would squeeze me in and so we thought we would look around/wait and hopefully get in to try some dresses on. Luckily, Gabriela came around the corner and said she had the time and took me immediately! The staff was so fast and welcoming to set us up with a space, refreshments, and a cute welcome sign with my name on it in a matter of seconds! As it turns out, the FIRST dress I tried on from the Nicole + Felicia line ended up being MY DREAM DRESS!! I said “yes” so fast that she said it was one of her quickest sales ever! Haha! The best part is that my dress came in WAY UNDER BUDGET!!! I couldn’t believe it. Gabriela was so kind in taking me in and helping me get my complete bridal look. She was very thorough when it came to measurements and explaining the entire process to me. The rest of the staff were all very friendly. The fitting rooms were spacious and the lighting and mirrors were excellent (trust me - this is a BIG plus and some places don’t have it right). I am looking forward to going back to try my dress on for alterations and seeing Gabriela and the staff again!

There are so many incredible things to say about the Jaxon James experience! I bought my wedding dress here in April 2024 and am SO HAPPY with the whole process.

From my initial appointment, I was first amazed by the beautiful selection of dresses and the kind energy of the team. I was never rushed and it never felt like someone was trying to sell me. The stylist, Dina, helping me brought so much joy to the day. At the end of my appointment, Dina wrote down notes of everything I loved stylistically so I could take that info to my next appointments with other bridal shops (!!!) just so I would be prepared and find the dress of my dreams. It was such an honest, genuine moment that I recommend Jaxon James to anyone.

Needless to say, I did not have the same pleasant experience other places and ended up buying an Eisen Stein gown and Anne Barge veil from Dina / Jaxon James.

What amazed me most was that the incredible experience didn’t end with the sale. Every time I came back for dress arrival appointments, alterations, and more - the experience was just as lovely. Full on hugs and celebration from everyone I encountered!! Shoutout to their broader team: Casey, Coco and the most amazing alterations visionary Natalya.

With all the stress of being a bride, my time and experience with Jaxon James is a part of the journey I’ve genuinely come to cherish.
