At first, I was a bit hesitant at the idea of a permanent bracelet. My friend convinced me to get a matching one with her.

Never thought I was much of a bracelet kind of girl, so I opted for a very dainty one. I really like their selection to choose from.

First time I went with my friend, we got a matching one—I went with silver and she went with gold. She loved it so much she actually got an additional one that was leas dainty on the spot.

After a couple of weeks of having it, I was loving it, so I dropped by again today.

I switched the preexisting one from my left wrist to right wrist.

In addition, I brought in another bracelet that I already own and they were able to configure that piece into a permanent setting!

Now I have two on my right wrist. They are so pretty! Please note that there is a charge associated with bringing in your own bracelet; and there is a charge associated with moving your bracelet from one wrist to another.

They do offer lifetime warranty if they ever break off—they would do that free of charge. It’s only when you personally opt to change it that there’s a charge involved.

The soldering process is solid. I have not had to worry about the bracelets coming off or undone. They feel very sturdy.

UPDATE: The company wrote me and said that they couldn't issue a refund because they are struggling financially, despite not upholding the promise of "permanent jewelry". There was no accountability for two people in my group having their jewelry fall off. Clearly, the attachment process is faulty. They also said they would issue a 50% refund and then stopped responding. So, I definitely would not return.

This company is fraudulent. I went here with my friends for permanent friendship anklets. My friends anklet came off within hours of putting it on. We had to return so they could reattach. Mine came off and was lost within days. When I contacted them to let them know, they told me they couldn’t issue a refund and would only offer a discount. Absolutely love this store!! Came here for the first time through a friend’s recommendation and got permanent bracelets with friends. It has been 1.5 yrs since that visit and the bracelet still looks amazing! I’ve snagged, tugged, and spun it like no other and have never had any issues. It still looks good as new! On a spontaneous decision, we decided to go back the other day and get some more since we were in the area. The couple that owns it is always the sweetest and take their time with each customer! They will show you every option you are interested in and how it will be placed with no rush or impatience.
