As a sushi chef, I can give this place a rep. Started off with Miso and House salad got my appetite up. Then came the bowls with perfect amount and combination of veggies rices and generous amount of protein. Fire chicken is spot on for my taste buds. Perfect for anytime of the day without a doubt. Bulgogi was just how I liked it. I've learned that chefs are all Korean staff which relieved me of fakery of any kind. I did not get the picture for the chirash bowl, but fish quality was exceptional. Although it was not a sushi restaurant, salmon tuna and yellowtail were super fresh. I also had appetizers which I ordered after confirming this place had me going places. Calamari Tempura and Shumai did not disappoint me whatsoever! Tempura was perfectly fried where it was crisp with first bite, then soft tender calamari came afterwards.
Give this place 10 out of 10. Will be...

Essential indulgence: -Shrimp tempura -Shrimp Sumai -Tuna Poke Bowl -Chirashi Don

Chirashi is a variation of sashimi, and is an ideal way to nom your nutrients without feeling like you're on a diet. I started ordering Chirashi at other sushi spots, but TheBop blows them all outta the water.
I've only ordered delivery from here twice, but it's already...

Kalbi Bowl ($20.95): This order comes with a miso soup and salad. The salad has a great dressing. The miso soup wasn't salty and just perfect. The kalbi wasn't in a bowl like the dragon don. It was a 2 compartment box where the smaller side was the meat and the larger side the purple rice. Love the fresh pickled radish and cold temperature contrast. The kalbi was cooked well and lightly marinated, but not amazing enough for us to keep coming back.
Dragon Don ($19.80): This don also came with a miso soup. My husband loves unagi and said this...
