Had a great experience at LensCrafters in Macy's at Century City Mall! My sunglasses were totally chewed up by some dogs, and honestly, I thought they were a lost cause. But Rob, the awesome associate there, took care of everything. He cleaned them up and even gave them a fantastic upgrade that made them better than ever!

I was really impressed with the customer service Rob provided. It’s not every day you find someone so dedicated to helping out. I’ll definitely be coming back to LensCrafters for all my eyewear needs from now on. Highly recommend checking this...

Absolutely amazing. I was not disappointed coming to this LensCrafters location inside Macy’s century city mall. The staff is always friendly and helpful with whatever you need or want. Customer service 10/10. They definitely helped with choosing the best glasses for me out of the great selection of frames they have.

Absolute thieves! They fleece you if you come and show up with insurance. They actually made me pay for a check that was suppose to be free and then when I specifically mentioned I wanted sunglasses for myself using my insurance - they hiked the price of the sunglasses and lens and made a $171 dollar sunglass $450.

These guys are a scam if you plan to use your insurance! You rather go to a regular store where the doctor is genuine and the staff is not trained to force you to pay for services you never wanted! HUGE RED FLAG! hope this is the only Lenscrafters thats scamming people and not a company...
