One of the best Sephora locations in LA — hands down. The Century City store is bright, organized, and fully stocked with all the latest launches and cult favorites. Whether you’re doing a quick restock or looking to try something new, this store makes it easy and enjoyable. What really impressed me was the staff — incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about beauty. I had a few questions about skincare and foundation shades, and the associate who helped me was spot-on with her recommendations. You can tell the team here is trained well and really wants you to leave happy. The store was clean, testers were well-maintained, and there were plenty of team members available for assistance without hovering. I also appreciated the efficient checkout — no long waits, even during peak hours. If you’re in the area, this Sephora is absolutely worth the stop. Great service, great vibes, and a top-tier shopping experience.

The rudest associate I’ve ever experienced at a Sephora. Len (apologies if I spelled it incorrectly) told me to “stop digging their drawers” and demanded me to stop in a very rude way, when another associate told me i can grab a disposable sample container at the station. although there might be a misunderstanding and they are supposed to correct me, you don’t talk to a customer that way. I only purchased products worth of 100$ so I don’t expect to be treated like royalty, but the disrespect lack of basic mannerism is unacceptable. I returned everything I purchased and will not go back to this store. Honest question I hope the store can answer: does that associate treat everyone like this, or is it because I’m a young Asian girl and think I’m a pushover? The 2 stars are for Evelyn and the lady who helped me with checking out and returning. Thank you 🙏🏼

Absolutely disgusting customer service. All the employees they are talking to each other or on their phone no help with whatsoever I was looking for a powder I asked for help. I asked an employed they have a different size. The lady said I will go check I waited. She never came back so I decided to go back in the shelf to check on my own and apparently I don’t know where she look because I ended up finding the powder and the size that I needed but then she looked at me at me from peeking away from another customer saying to me oh you found it, but she never left the floor to go look for anything for me. She ended looked for anything , pretending that she was helping me, but she ended up, going to help another customer What is that and then to finish it off? The cashier was even worse not friendly whatsoever and then I had mentioned it to her that I was waiting for this lady to help me and then she asked me. Did she end up helping you? Did she find it and I said no apparently some customers are not that important, because she ended up helping someone else!

Management needs to do better and trained their employees. If they don’t want to be there, they do not have to be there. No one is forcing anyone to be there. It’s called customer service for you to be there to actually help the customer not to be rude not to ignore them to acknowledge them and help them.!!!!!! I would give a completely 0 to...

I work right across the street, so I often walk over during my lunch break to grab items or just browse. I usually do pickup orders, but sometimes I decide to look around in the store as well (which is what I did today). In hindsight, I probably should’ve browsed first, but I went ahead and picked up my order since the worker was at the front, and sometimes they get pretty busy helping customers. Unfortunately, I feel like I was followed by someone who seemed to be loss prevention, which made shopping around pretty unpleasant. I was super interested in a lot of the skincare brands they had out that I’ve never heard of, but I ended up just taking pictures of some of the products so I could read more about them on the website and maybe just order online. I worked retail for 6+ years so I do get it, if someone is walking around who already has a bag, it may be cause for concern. But I shop there often and always purchase all my items, so it just kind of sucks that I didn’t feel like I could look around.

On a positive note, just want to say that Michelle in the perfume section is always super nice...
