Sugarfina — Local services in Los Angeles

I ordered 12 custom "would you be my brides maid" Sugarfina box sets. I had 5 of them delivered to me in NY, and 7 of them shipped to 3 different locations in Mexico (note that these were shipped from California), so the shipping was literally just across the border. Once I received the tracking numbers for my shipping (which were not provided immediately, I had to ask for them), I kept tracking them only to realize that 2 weeks after the first scan, my boxes where in Belgium, yes as in Belgium in Europe, that's 5,633 miles from the Sugarfina store (yes I googled it, to make my point). Again this is something I had to figure out on my own by calling the "new" non reliable shipping company Sugarfina used (APC International), the shipping company said this is the type of delivery method Sugarfina had picked. I had to reach out to a Bryce Nicastro from Sugarfina to figure out wtf was happening, only to realize that he had no clue on what to do or how to handle it. On two occasions he said he would reach out to ACP International and return my call with more information, this never happened; again I was the one who had to reach out to him. The only answer he had for me was "your gifts are in Mexico, but we don't know which carrier has them, so we can't track them". It has been over 14 days since these boxes were sent and they still have not been delivered and there is no way for me to track them. This is a surprise for all my girlfriends growing up which I want to be part of my wedding party, so my whole bridal party planning (dresses, etc) is on hold because THEY DONT KNOW I WANT THEM TO BE IN MY WEDDING. I recently went to the Beverly Hills store and was impressed by the cleanliness and cuteness of the store.

This store is large with an assortment of candies facing a popular street. They have street parking for a few mins but I think you can just park in a garage structure and walk. I love the packaging and unique candies they have. It's very simple and neat. The two ladies were nice to greet me but didn't offer me a sample so I was a little bit disappointed. I think the store's presentation and varieties of candies make it appealing! It's just the candies cost too much. $10 for a small...

I ordered two small boxes of candy as Thank You's to my clients after we completed a big project. After numerous phone calls and emails they were sent out a WEEK later! (No confirmation of the order via email; no communication re: my order) Mind you, these were two small boxes of hard candy!! I could have made the candy myself and sent it out quicker!
