I was an instructor here. I got teacher of the month this March. I always had a problem getting the proper support. There was always issues with printing classwork, obtaining correlating answer keys to chapter tests, and constant changes in the rules and regulations. There's no tracking supplies. I bought everything. I also had to drop what I was doing to teach other classes, often. I was enjoying my students until they began placing problematic kids in my class. One student had constant family problems and would argue with his girlfriend on the phone in class. He would also argue with clients who didn't like his haircuts or his personal prices, even though he wasn't supposed to be charging people. I didn't like to write people up because I noticed that the write ups were disregarded. Why would I want to confront someone about their behavior when my superiors let the behavior slide? One student got credit for hours he wasn't there and had his schedule changed often. But they didn't do that for everybody. There is currently a violent felon there who threatened me in a text. The school cared more about the tuition than it's staff or students. I quit. Eventually, the dean quit too after that same student, Leon Staves, threatened her. But Ms Tawnya still took his word over hers. Leon also followed the receptionist after a heated argument. He's still there. The school enrolled anyone with a pulse. There were so many students who think they're tough and use intimidation tactics to get their way. I'm not talking about just the Barber class. I had a little girl esthetician cussing at me over parking in the teachers spaces. I had female students test my knowledge, my skills, my courage... It felt like I was on the yard in a high security prison. I was carrying a filero to school. That's why I left. We were headed towards a riot.

Im a recent graduate from this school and have seen so much success in my career already! Miss Irma was my teacher and i have to say she prepped me for the real world! From color theory to salon etiquette, she ensured i would be well prepared before and after graduation šŸ’–

Palace Beauty College is the college you want to invest in your future. Believe me, 5 star rating. This institution will not only be intensive, you are really getting what you invest yourself here! ( tuition is not cheap anywhere! So choose wisely)!

I found this school, after searching numerous of schools, it took me 5 years to find the perfect school, but it was worth it. From the financial aid office to teachers to even the dean of the school, professional and knowledgable all across the board! I had no problems no hiccups, no holdbacks. It was a very thorough process getting accepted into school. Following was not much hard either, you will be instructed by the best teachers you can find Ms. Bessie and Ms. Jerri if you enroll in the esthetician program.

Ms. Bessie is so impeccable with her teaching, her words, her encouragement, it will only make you want be the best self you can be.

Ms. Jerri is so detailed with practical, it is like watching an artwork be created.

The most knowledgeable and helpful teachers you could ever meet, they make you become and see your true self and reach your highest potential! And most importantly they make sure you graduate and PASS state board!!

School is all about how you make it and what you invest in, and that’s what I loved so much about this school, you invest in yourself and you will get back 10x fold. From extensive theory practice to impeccable practical demonstration all the way to guest demonstrators- we had so many guest teachers come in and what I love is that everyone is here to help you get on the right track.

State board practice was AMAZING. Ms. YoungMi is godsend! By the time you are done under Ms. YoungMi teaching you can do state board with your eyes close. We studied 3x a week once Up until our graduation date AND THEN you can come back a month, a week, or even two weeks before your test of no charge to come back and study.

With the tremendous help and support of this school, I was able to pass my state board test first time pass, and with the resume and portfolio I was able to learn and write while in school, I was able to receive a Job no more than three weeks post date of my My test.

I am a 22 year old African American Woman, who was able to achieve and reach her dreams with the help of Ms. Bessie, Ms. Jerri, and Ms. YoungMi and Ms. Jenni our financial Aid officer. I currently am at the European Wax Center and I’ve never been so happy with my life.

If you are looking for education, real knowledge, authenticity, and support. Please by all means enroll in this school! You will be please and you’ll be happy with your results! Dream are achievable!! Thank You Palace Beauty College!!!!

I hope to Inspire to reach! Good luck future esthies!!! See you on the...

Went as an Esthetician student's test subject for facials. When I entered with my ES, the receptionist with purple streaks and tattoos was rude to my ES. Kept repeating that the teacher should have told the ES about payment times and she will allow the ES to see her client since I am here already. (If the teacher is not giving proper instructions why is that the students fault and why would the receptionist think it was appropriate to have that conversation in front of a client.) The receptionist handed me client info forums and there were several spelling mistakes and grammar issues on the liability forum. The receptionist was very dismissive when I told her the forms needed to be fixed as there were mistakes on it. All the students I interacted with were friendly and kind. Asking how I was and if I was excited for the service I was about to get. My ES asked for help once or twice during the appt, when needing to grab a product and other students were happy to grab things. My ES put soft music on and tried to make a relaxing environment even trough it was a busy room. My ES was very good, I almost fell asleep while she was putting on masks, exfoliating, and wiping my face. She had very gentle hands and was nice and fun to talk with. During the service I could hear a teacher start to give instructions in the same room. I did not like how this teacher was speaking, I did not see the demonstration as I was laying on a table. The teacher repeated a few times "this is how I have to show you..." as if she did not agree with the steps she had to demonstrate. As some point it sounded like a ballet class she she repeated "1, 2, 3, swivel, from eyes to cheek" it was very rushed and I did not think I would like her as a teacher. When I was leaving I heard the same teacher started talking about another student. "I'm a good person, I thought we would get along" Got great services and students were very friendly so I gave 2 stars but do not think I would want to learn at...
