I simply love this store and all the employees that work so Diligently in the pharmacy and the store. Every time my family come in, we are greeted with such warm welcome and smiles. I am so thankful for the team that works in the pharmacy. Nathan, Mariel, Tuo And Kaylani and all the other team members that work in the pharmacy they I hold them close in dear to my heart and so do my family. Not only do they keep use up to date one our vaccines and awareness about the medical aspects of the medication we pick up for my mother, myself and my daughter. They show us so much compassion, care, interest, with love and endearment. My family and I are women of faith and we continue to lift the pharmacy team and the entire store up in prayer.

I will drive past other CVS stores just to come to your location at 1701 Western blvd and wait patiencely in line to to interact with my beloved team at your store.

I am thankful for the professionalism they shoe every time we come into the store not only to my family, but to all the individuals/ Patients they interact with. They motivate individuals to take action to relieve the suffering they witness.

There dedication and compassion do not go unnoticed recognizing the suffering of others, deeply caring, and then taking action to help. It's a tangible expression of love for those who are suffering or in need.

I've been a customer for a couple of years in this location. For 2 days in a row I drove all the way to try to get my medicine for an eye infection and they have no medication for me. I asked the pharmacist to talk to the manager and he said there is no manager. He asked me to go to another pharmacy to get my medication. I don't know what's wrong with this person but this has been my pharmacy for many years and he denied me service. When I asked to use the he restroom they don't let me use it because the manager doesn't allow customers to use the bathroom. Really...

I had to update my insurance card for certain prescriptions so that they’re paid through workers comp. The pharmacist explained the process and would notify me once they’re available. Ten minutes later she called to let me know one prescription was ready. I still have to wait for another one but I was surprised of how fast she was able to get it done. Anyone going through workers comp knows what a hassle it is and any help that makes it go smoother...
