My mom always goes gets her hair done here but I went today & got the worst experience ever my first time getting my hair done I usually always do my own but today I wanted to try & have someone professional do it & since my mom always gets hers done here & it comes out very nice I decided to go here for a ombré I knew my hair wasn’t gonna come out completely blonde because I’ve dyed it black then other colors so it would come out orange or yellow atleast but not blonde blonde but they totally messed my hair up I asked for an ombré & this is what I got I have no complaints about the lady’s here all very nice ladies but to do this & still not admit it looks bad is wrong 😭would not recommend here for ombré they do highlights very nice but ombré hair is a no I also told the lady I wanted brown on my roots & she went a completely different color then what I asked she did a reddish brown when she had asked if I wanted it reddish & I said no , she’s very nice lady but she didn’t do what I asked & didn’t blend...

I’m incredibly upset by my haircut it took me years to grow my hair so I can get a cute haircut only for it to get completely ruined. I got something completely different than the picture I had showed her wanting it exactly like that instead I left with a mullet type of hair cut I can’t stop crying :(( the bottom is decent but the top is like a big block of hair no dimension or blending nicely into the rest it’s just there I don’t even want to go back to get it fixed by them not coming...

Claudia was amazing!!! She made me feel so confident and beautiful and gave me exactly what I wanted!! She is so sweet and makes sure every detail is perfect!! I’m so happy with her job, I feel and look incredible. Oh and the place was so clean and they made sure to take their time sanitizing everything and making sure everything is perfect!!
