I have fond nothing but incompetence & excuses. Have tried 3 times to talk to a manager (whom I'm sure will back her incompetence of her staff) & couldn't even get a call back from management! Never had that problem @ Hollywood mental health. Had told my son called case manager for about 4 months that something was wrong & I wasn't in my shelters case managers computer!! And was treated no better then a 5 yr old kid. With a awhaa or humm that's to bad. Never thinking I might be right?!? Which of last Friday I found out I was 100,% correct all this time!!! So sooo meny ppl have gotten housing & I've just been ignored because I wasn't in the system here, where all others where, but me?? I blame a very faulty manager & no one actually listened to me. Also I have been seeing thyiapst seens 11 yrs old.. never endef like here. My so called thyiapst not only lied several times!!! But then actually fired me?? Wow I have never been fired from any thyiapst (ever) and with my abandonedment issues!!?? Wow I have never regretted sharing with any thyiapst EVER, until now!!! I do regret opening up to her!! And just left confused!! Suicidal, & not wanting to open...

I leave in Virvinia state and I've been looking for my son for the last past week who is a resident in los angeles since Feb 2017. I reported him as missing man with LAPD and they found him in one of the mental health clinics. The officer gave me the 1800 number and explain to me that they will help me to call them.

I called this office and they were very helpful, they explain to me step by step and told me what to do ..... I asked somemany question each one of them were answer clearly detailly. Thank you very much...

Hopefully you aren't as broken as I am, because you won't be helped. "Higher level of care needed", however DMH or Medi-cal can't provide a psychiatric worker above a social worker, NP, PNP or similar. Seemingly our tax dollars are used on fantasy YouTube ads instead of actually helping those who are actually seeking it. They simply don't have real psychiatric workers with more extensive experience which has not...
