Update: The manager (or someone in charge) apologized to me, but not the guy who actually made the mistake. Whatever; just wanted to give an update that I did receive an apology. Stupid server. They think we are stupid. We ordered black iced tea, but they gave me this. So we asked, “Is this really black iced tea?” and both the girl and the guy said yes. But you should know; this is not black iced tea. Black iced tea is pure brewed tea, without milk or any added ingredients. Dumb service.

Me and some friends decided to have lunch and get coffee, we were rudely interrupted by the cashier who came out yelling racist, slurs, and assaulted my female friend for a filming, her rude behavior. This was after we purchased coffee from there establishment. This was a clear act of racism and prejudice and it's unfortunate that I cannot upload the video on here but here are a few pictures so you can be aware of this lady and her nasty and vicious attitude.

Came here on a rainy day (one of the few we've had in the past week). This Tom N Toms is 1 of 4 in the same proximity around Wilshire and Vermont, and will probably rate as the poorest. This one is located in the Korean Galleria Market. There is a small nook in the front of the mall with a few seats and cushions for Tom N Tom patrons. The coffee is same old watered down-ish, but I guess the one positive thing about this place is that you can never run out of places to sit. There is an almost infinite number of seats in the adjacent dining area. I don't think there's power in that area, but WiFi certainly reaches.

I didn't receive any of the bad service that others have posted about, but then again, I was only 1 of 4 people that were sitting here...

Staffs services and attitudes are so annoying on this branch. When I visited this place, I bought caramel latte with free coupon. Then guess what. When I gave coupon to old lady cashier, she removed smile on her face and shown some BAD BAD attitudes. And even she didn't put caramel on my latte. Also she didn't response and turned her back against to me, when I get my order and said thank you. When I paid with cash or card to my order, she never been do like this. Is the reason of discrimination that just using free coupon? Then why they issued free coupon? This is so fXXking ridiculous, and I'll never go this...
