If I could rate this negative Stars I would. Never in my life have I ever been made to feel so badly then I have while shopping except for here at the Staples. From the moment I stepped into the Staples the security guard asked me to put my backpack behind his desk in the front before you even enter the store and the entry area that's typical around that area so I didn't feel anything too much about that however the moment that I walked down the aisle after entering the store mind you I'm wearing bright yellow shorts tiny shorts that are small okay hardly fit anything you can see everything in my pockets and a small Hawaiian button-up shirt as well and nothing else like I had no other bags or anything just too small articles of clothing that was wearing on that warm day and they still felt the need that same security guard left my things mind you unattended in the front where there's just the entryway and then there's entry to the store after that entryway but he's left my stuff unsecured to stalk me in the in the aisle to see where I was going and paid attention to me the entire time like literally didn't even make it discreet the way that he followed me and then when he had to go to the front for something immediately another employee was sent with the task of following me and then the manager started to follow me when there was no one else to follow me I couldn't help but to notice that I was the only one of tan skin of his darkest mind in the store and I've noticed everyone else that walks in the store we're greeted and typically just not really even acknowledged anymore unless they ask the question but I was constantly stared at with this worst looks from the staff as if they thought I was stealing and I've not stolen a thing of my entire life my entire my entire life I live a life with very strong morals and good integrity and values and I don't lie cheat or steal literally I'm a vegetarian for crying out loud. And then when I brought it up to the manager at the end after I bought spent $186 there on just a backpack and a couple of stencils and a pen I would have spent more but I just felt so sick to my stomach and uncomfortable there I didn't even want to buy the things I bought there because of how they treated me but I did it for for principal this place is the worst the manager gave me some BS excuse instead of just owning up to it and it admitting it profiled me and that was it like no care no concern this is the worst place to go if you're...
Read moreI visited the staple located at 3223 W 6th St, Los Angeles, CA 90020, on Sep 24,2025 between 1pm-2pm. I just wanted to drop off my Amazon package. There was a black man (in his 20 -30s) and a Hispanic girl at the Amazon return station. I was standing near the counter to return my package. The girl was taking care of her order with a customer, the man was there too but he didnât say anything to me, so I assumed I would have to be on the line where the Hispanic girl was at. After she was done with her customer, she told me that the black man is supposed to take care of the drop off package. So I went to him, he took care of my stuff quietly, absolutely no words came out from his mouth. After he took my package, I made my way to the exit. Then I got a gut feeling that he might be mistakenly not scanned my return order. When I checked on Amazon website, it wasnât scanned. So I went back inside and asked the Hispanic girl to make sure that the package process went through. (The guy was taking care of his stuff, so the girl called me to take care of my order) The black guy was listening and he said âthatâs why I asked you for the receipt lolâ so I said âIâm sorry I didnât hear youâ which I actually didnât hear. In fact he never spoke while he was taking care of my order so I generally thought he couldnât talk or afraid of talking (which I understand I have family members who are like that too) I also didnât know if I could get a receipt for the return. After I apologized for not hearing him speaking to me, he then laughed and said âI asked you for the receipt lolâ it made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Then I said âsorry i didnât hear you saying thatâ then he just laughed and ignored. The Hispanic girl was so sweet and nice. But the black man needs to learn how to communicate with his customers. Not all of your customers are experienced in returning Amazon packages. Also, not many people are physically good at hearing. (Meaning there are people who are hard of hearing even though they can communicate...
Read moreIf you need passport photos done correctly the first time, I highly recommend going elsewhereâthis location is unprepared and unprofessional.
I visited this location expecting it to provide official passport services, as advertised. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. While they claim to be an authorized passport photo provider, they lacked essential resources required to meet official government standards.
My passport application requires the guarantor (the service provider) to sign and date-stamp the back of the photo, including the location where it was taken. When I asked for this, I was told, "we used to have the stamps required but don't have them anymore." To make matters worse, an employee named Naiomi responded rudely and informed me that if I wanted the date stamp, I would need to purchase one myself, as they were not going to provide it.
I explained that if they do not have all the necessary tools to fulfill passport photo requirements, they should not be advertising themselves as an official provider. I paid for a service that may not even be accepted due to their failure to complete all required steps. There was no accountability, no solution offered, and no assurance that the photo...
