This website has been nothing short of a SCAM. Customer service is nonexistent. They took my money and then had the audacity to ask UPS to return the package—without even informing me. No update, no explanation, not even the courtesy of a basic email!

I reached out multiple times with no response. Only after I contacted my credit card company to file a chargeback did they respond—once.
