To be honest actually wanted to eat chik Fila, but since I had the coupon for your chicken sandwich, which was a good deal. I decided to just go to you guys. I went through the drive through and while receiving my items I sincerely asked about my tacos I had ordered because I didn't see them in the bag. The manager (Zuma or Zuima? A name that starts with a Z) says, "relax they are coming." In a very condescending manner. Shocked by the response and caught off guard, I replied, "It was just a question. I can't ask questions?" She replies with a simple. "Sure." A very careless and nonchalant response. Now I'm really upset. But I just stay quiet wait for the rest of my order and ask for honey Mustard, so I that I immulate the taste of chik Fila. She gives me two. I ask for another. She responds in the most careless and vengeful way, "it's 25 cent each one now, how many do you want?" I can sense her satisfaction as she is now making me pay for the sauces that she knows I want. I reply with "that's OK, I'll just write your name to the corporate office." In which she responds with, "Go ahead." As if to tell me that nothing will happen and that you are wasting your time.
I want to know. Why did I have to experience that kind of attitude while I pay for YOUR food and services? Why do I have to have an embarrassing moment in front of my family and have to pay for that moment? Why are your employees so bold and unashamed of the way they treat their customers in a service business? By the way this is the second complaint I have had at that same store within 1 month. I already put a complaint into your jack listens survey,, BUT APPARENTLY JACK DOESNT LISTEN. And I even have the apology message on my phone.
I'm sorry to keep comparing your company to chik Fila. But I know for a fact I wouldn't have received that kind of treatment there. Also if your manager is that blatantly rude, isn't it a certainty that the workers under her lead would see that it's ok to act the same?

Like i said, i love jacks and my friend never had it so we came here for a little adventure. We were in good spirits, so i cant see how the girl hated us so much. We got our food with a bunch of stuff missing. No napkins. No sauces. No utensils. Nothing. Im not even talking about extras here. We got french toast that was supposed to come with dip. Didn’t get the dip. It was the limited banana frnch toast PICTURED WITH THE DIP. No forks for the cheesecake. Sweet n sour for the eggrolls? Nope! No ranch. No taco sauce. Forget the extras. This stuff should’ve come with what we ordered. Got NOTHING.
Not only was a bunch of stuff missing, the girl had it out for us. Moving snail speed. And when i asked for these things, shed only give me ONE thing, turn around QUICKLY, then IGNORED ME to do the drive thru orders. So id have to wait and call her again and repeat and ask again. I had to do this like FOUR times to get everything. B was doing this sh on purpose. It was excruciating.
Eventually i asked someone else and she asked - “she didnt give it to you?” Prolly cuz she saw me calling the other girl so many times. No. No she didnt. She reluctantly ended up giving me the rest of the stuff i asked for.
Of course, by the time i sat down to eat, the food was cold af already. It was probably given lukewarm in addition to it being a cold night. Ruined my entire meal. But also, the food here really wasn’t good compared to other locations.
Idk i havent dined in at a fast food joint in years. I guess nowadays, since orders are placed thru apps and whatnot - service doesnt matter anymore? The realization was real.

Read moreI've been going to Jack-in-the-Box since I was six years old and now I am 58 years old I'm a pretty good customer. Currently, I've been giving some brand-new very strong kidney medicine that causes me to really need to go to the restroom .
So I walked in to this Jack-in-the-Box when I needed a restroom knowing that I was going to buy something after I went and asked if here could let me in the restroom. Some black middle aged woman with braided brown hair didn't respond I went to the restroom and the door was not released. Then I went back to her and she goes you have to buy first and I said I need to use the restroom now. Then she said the sign says the restroom is only for paying customers regardless of the fact that I really needed to go ! I finally told her on my word that I would buy after I use the restroom and she finally provided me access to the restroom after which I went to placing order and I also want to get the name of the specific cashier so that I can report her rudeness.
At this point another customer who claim to be a Jack-in-the-Box employee from another store told me that I was rude and to get out. I'm making this a public post because this is the most customer non-friendly fast food environment I've ever been in.
With cashiers like her you should only expect customers to treat your store badly. she was condescending rude and arrogant for no reason.
