I’d been eyeing this sizzler which is close to my place for a long while now and finally my friend recommended we go so I took advantage of the idea and it kinda blew away any expectations I had. First off I love the look of the restaurant because it reminds me of my childhood it seemed like these types of diner/not just diner food places were extremely popular back then. You know places like TGI Friday’s, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, that had all you can eat salad bars (which sizzler has) and build your own dessert (which sizzler also has). Just the look of the place is classic and makes me feel like I’m out with my parents and I’m 11 years old again! I ordered the 6 oz steak and lobster with a baked potato and sour cream and they served it to me with garlic bread on wonder bread which was interesting. The steak was not half bad the lobster was a little suspicious but it was still pretty good! The price seemed high I ended up paying 32 bucks which seems like a lot for this kinda place but whatever I had a good time and the waitress let us get free soft serve (I dunno if that’s part of the deal) and a coffee. I liked the atmosphere and there were a lot of people around too! There are a lot of shady people on the street next door (a tent village filled with drug addicts) I rode my bike and locked it near the entrance and me and my friend literally saw (from the window) someone sneak up to my bike and I ran out and moved it near the valet who was nice enough to watch it for the rest of our meal. I recommend if you go, stop by the shatto 39 bowling alley next door for an old school family fun night out!!

I absolutely love this place!! Before, they used to give you your plates for the all you can eat salad bar. Now plates are just stacked so you dony have to wait for your server to bring you clean plates! Salad bar even has two of my hard to find favs, beets and artichoke hearts! Soups staion always has Clam Chowder and the other two rotates between chicken tortilla, broccoli cheddar, chicken noodle, and beef veggie stew from what I remember. Hot station is great with spaghetti, tacos, fried chicken wings, salsa and condiments, taco meat condiments. Even have soft self serve with toppings like gummies, oreos, m&ms, and other sugary goodness. And I haven't even started talking about their entree menu - everything from steak and lobster to simple county fried chicken, or lemon herb chicken lol. By far a restaurant I could eat everyday and not get tired of. This place is great!

When walking in, it seemed okay, until I had to use the restroom. The restroom was so nasty, I felt like I would catch something in there. I don’t believe they cleaned it since they opened this morning. Second thing was the homeless people walking around getting food from the salad bar and off the tables of people that finished dining. When our food arrived to the table, the baked potato had to be sent back three times because no one paid attention to the actual order with no sour cream. The fish and chips seemed like they were refried from earlier due to the temperature and taste. This is why I stick to where I know the food and service is good. The one in Inglewood and on Manchester are great

Ordered the ribeye medium-rare. It was cooked well done. I brought it to the server's attention, she did t say a word, just kinda stared at me up & down. She took my plate and stomped off the kitchen. She came back to my table and said well hopefully you like the way it's cooked this time. 5 minutes later she came with a new ribeye steak and a new baked potato. I knew exactly what was about to happen once I started to cut my steak. It was seared very nice on the outside, both sides as a matter of fact. I began to cut my steak and low and behold, red blood oozed out. The whole steak was dark red, completely uncooked. As rare as can be. I laughed showing my buddy who had ordered the same thing. He asked for medium. And his was cooked medium rare. So even his was wrong. The server didn't came back for at least 15 minutes. Finally she came back and checked on us. My other friend asked for more shrimp. She came back about 10 minutes after with a small plate of shrimp, but no cocktail sauce and no lemon wedges. I flagged her down and asked for more cocktail sauce and a few lemon wedges. She told me I didn't order the shrimp. I agreed and explained that my friend ordered the steak and shrimp but he had left for the restroom. She said well he needs to order it when he gets back. And that I am not supposed to be eating his shrimp. I asked her how do you know I was eating his shrimp? She said I don't know, I am just letting you know you are not supposed to be eating his shrimp. I asked her if she had seen me eating his shrimp and she said no, but you're asking for more cocktail sauce and lemon like if you're eating it. I smiled and said to her politely. I didn't have not one shrimp lady. So I don't know what you're talking about. And one other thing can you please refund me my money for my plate. Thank you. We waited another 15 minutes for my refund. She brought it to the table, and said I don't know how you wanted your streak cooked but we tried 2 times and you seem too picky. I laughed and said have a nice day lady. And we all walked out without leaving any kind of...

8/6/2025 The entire Management and staff welcomed me with open arms again and I'm ultra grateful.

The food was ultra delicious 😋 See you all soon

3/12/2025 WOW! What an Ultra mazing experience the staff and management welcomed me with open hearts and arms and the food was ultra delicious 😋 I will be back.

12-30-24 Denny's went above and beyond for me more than ever thank you to management staff for making my day and existence see you soon.

When coming back to the location the Manager gave me a hard time when redemption of Rewards email that clearly said to present to redeem.

I went on my birthday and the experience he didn't offer birthday entree or even say happy birthday that left a lasting impression I will never return to that location again. It wasn't the same as a day prior when it was busy there was barely anyone in location and when asked for glass of water or coffee ☕ the Manager said no.

I walked out and never looked back. I will not be coming back for Saturday Brunch either in a few weeks with my family and colleagues when we...
