Lucy's Laundry Mart — Local services in Los Angeles

Unfortunately, the workers at night are not friendly and they turn customers away making it difficult to wash at this location.The bill machine dispenser does not work properly and the machines smell badly. Detergents are overpriced, and the customer service is not inclusive. The worker / cleaning lady insists every customer speak to her Spanish when not all customers understand what she is saying. Not helpful at all and she is pushy. She also closes the register and front door to go home early. The laundry place is dirty away. It's 9:17pm and the sign says the last wash is at 9:30pm. Door is closed and she's rude. Customers are locked inside...

Today around 8:30 pm, I went to wash my clothes, and what a surprise ??? the employee of the laundry was not wearing a mask (we are still with the pandemia of the covid) not only that she is talking with a young person which is not wearing a mask either, but that is not it, inside the place were two other costumers not only not wearing mask but DRINKING BEER?????, this used to be a very nice place but, lately not sure what is happening but the outside is full of graffiti and not that many costumers like before, so is up to you whoever is reading this if you want to go to this place and take the risk, or look for some other...

LOVE the lady in the mornings, she’s super sweet and helpful! she’s literally always cleaning everything. i often hear people complain about the smell the washers sometimes have but don’t realize it’s because customers often CLOSE the washers after using them..
