This place is a damn joke. The nursing staff is lazy and absolutely horrible, they neglect my uncle absolutely no discipline for any of the nurses actions, my uncle went 6 weeks without a shower because none of the nurses wanted to shower him his showers are Tuesdays and Thursday and they always forget about him, they let other residents hit him, and threaten him. they have cockroaches crawling all over the walls, this place should be shut down and restaffed, can never get a hold of the administrator seems as if he is always busy. The treatment nurse never gets to his bag on time so his skin is always raw and burning him. I have been doing this for 22 years and I would treat my patients as if they were my own family. I would hate to see the way they treat their own family, so many patient acts have been violated I am saying this loudly don't put your family in this home I am looking for another place for my uncle but no beds are open. Next step lawyer and state they are all so incompetent, they need a better organized system he has missed several ct scans because they obviously can't get him up and ready on time to get him to their transportation and it's for a very...

Most incompetent, no care for patients, no organized working system and worst response for help, they care more about money than helping the patients, and they falsified therapy, orthopedics and so on... Food sucks, social worker has no actual experience or credentials... they refuse to help their patients... no follow up for appointments, nore care to do so. I will not recommend this facility to anyone!

With this said fact remains this idiots stole my belongings for the 3rd time yet its been one month they didn't bother to concern with it yet again they didn't follow up with 2 of my appointments including this past Tuesday April 9th... and never care for patients concerns at all yet forged my signature and falsified my documents with my insurance. If you care for your loved ones never bring them here. They smile at you and harras you and neglect the patients...

My aunt is here. I really wished she wasn’t. The staff are incompetent, incomprehensible, and idiotic. The nurses have no clue what they are doing. They are working for a doctor that needs arrested for malpractice. The administration there is only in it for the money. My aunt has been served grilled cheese almost everyday for a week. Yet her tray ticket says something else entirely. She has had clothing stolen. She has been talked about due to her weight. We were on the phone last night and it took the staff almost 2 hours to answer her call light. This place is hell on earth for all those whom are forced to be behind its walls.
