Been going for a while now and am happy with this place for the most part. They havnt been answering phone calls which is weird because they would before… the girl that work here is cool and seems to know her stuff and what they carry, the long hair guy seemed annoyed but did help out with any question the customer before me had lol but a guy with glasses idk might be new but seemed like he didnt want to answer question and had no knowledge or items they carried he also seemed to want me out of the store because lack of knowledge lucky for me i looked around and found what i wanted which the guy said he didnt think they sold any lol still like this spot tho. They do need more red mtn ink refills lol crazy with the glasses guy i called before going in and phone went directly to voicemail lol probably took it off the hook because lack of knowledge most of the times it just rings a few times lol like i said the girl is cool AF and the long hair dude too glasses needs...

I really enjoy coming to the store and buying some of the coolest colors paint has in a can. I love you guys product. but today was one of the worst visits I've had with the Montana store downtown Los Angeles.before I came I looked on the website and they said they were open till 6:00 walking's available during this cold in 19 thing so I was like cool I rode my bike all the way down here to get kicked out the door very rudely but two women and a gentleman I left the store and did a Kirk said pick up anyways but nonetheless I was very very offended because I spent money here. This place is amazing and the selection of sprays, markers, inks, etc. even better. There is no other graffiti shop in town like Montana so I'm really glad they opened up a store! Not to mention the higher quality of their stuff compared to competitors. Staff is super professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I heard they have artists come in pretty regularly too so I'll definitely have to get up to date on their event calendar so I can drop by and see some...
