North Hollywood Station — Local services in Los Angeles

I was coming home with my mom from my aunt's house and we were arriving to this station at night to get on the train back home. (North Hollywood to Hawthorne) I know it's basic safety to know that you should just be aware of your surroundings but especially with the dark underground subway station you can't see alot. The area is also really dangerous in general (lots of hobos and stuff) so please be careful. Javier is a Metro Rail Employee. I was looking for the BLine and it was my first days riding the train. So Javier noticed I was lost and asked me if I needed guidance. He helped me get on the right train by having two young ladies that work there as well walk me into the train themselves to make sure I would be okay. Went the extra mile! BE CAREFUL WITH THE COPS IN THIS STATION. They are rude! They don’t care don’t ask them questions. I was asking for directions and I didn’t get to ask the question before they yelled at me NO They are a worst problem that the one they are trying to solve they are always there from 8am to 1pm. If you have no tap card They will fee you. One of them tried to grab my lunch today when I wasn’t eating or drinking! Be CAREFUL. They don’t care and no one can stop them. Cops are the worst...
