I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with this print shop. I do not recommend them to anyone who expects basic quality, integrity, or respect.
I ordered invitations and name cards for a company event and experienced multiple serious issues:
Terrible print quality and finishing – The trimming was completely inconsistent. Every invitation was cut differently, with some missing major design elements and others leaving thick white borders. The print alignment was off, and the paper was cheap and glossy despite my request for a matte finish.
Color printed completely wrong – The name cards were supposed to have a subtle beige floral background (created in Adobe Illustrator), but they printed them with a heavy black floral design. Instead of checking with me before printing, they blamed my file without taking any responsibility.
I missed my event deadline because the materials were so badly printed that I couldn’t use them. Despite this, they refused to give me a refund.
When I went to the store to explain the issue in person, the owner refused to speak to me, and dismissed me rudely. I couldn’t help but notice I was treated with particular disregard—perhaps because I’m an Asian woman. I was calm and polite, but they made it clear they had no interest in resolving anything respectfully.
Worst of all, they asked me to leave my misprinted samples and visual proof at the store, claiming they needed them for review—only to throw them away and again refuse to refund me.
This business not only lacks print quality control, but also basic ethics and customer service. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a vendor. Avoid this place if you care about your event...

When I arrived to pick up my $61 poster, it wasn’t packaged properly—just loosely rolled and held with two strips of paper, sitting on the floor. The edges were unevenly cut, and when I checked the print, I noticed it had significant wrinkles and creases. When I pointed this out, the staff member explained that “it’s paper, so it’s like this.” I found this response disappointing, especially considering the cost and the noticeable flaws. This is artwork meant to be hung on a prominent wall in my home, where quality is important.
They agreed to reprint it, but I had to wait an extra 45 minutes, which was inconvenient given my schedule. Unfortunately, the second print had similar issues with poorly cut edges, and while rolling it up, it became creased again.
