We went to the 'callejones' with one objective in mind. Find a quince dress for my daughter and her friend. My daughter's friend had her heart set on one she had found on social media and had found it at Rosy's.
I didn't realize they had 2 locations but the location we walked into was the smaller one. The shop is quaint and upon entering you're greeted with rows of beautiful and elegant dresses.They have a small upstairs area with even more beautiful gowns.
Unfortunately...the lousy service OUTSHINED any beautiful dress you may find there and soured our first quince shopping experience.
The lady working with us 'Verito' informed us the 1st try on is free, after that it's $10 to try on per dress.
My daughter and her friend found a dress they both wanted to try on. My daughter's friends XV is a few months away, I let them do her fitting first and she said 'Yes' to her dress.(I am helping her mom through this process...I will continue to update my review based on how fitting and delivery of the dress is handled.)
Then I asked Verito to fit my daughter's dress, I informed her our party isn't until 2026. She got up and went to the cashier...about 6ft away and started whispering to the girl at the front about my date.
I got upset and asked what was the problem. Then they said it was $10 to try on the dress...we were 2 separate families that car pooled and were told we both got one free try on. I spoke to the cashier and told her Verito had a bad attitude from the start when I told her my party isn't until next year. She said "are you planning on.l buying today?" Well, yes, I was planning to purchase and start a payment plan...but only if my daughter LOVED the dress. I felt very pressured and pushed to purchase.
My daughter's friend bought her dress and package and even though the price was fair...it's very comparable to neighboring shops....I would look elsewhere and avoid the headache of arguing to even get to try on a dress! I understand business is slow and you want people to commit but I'm not going to drive 2 hrs away to just window shop and if you're in the business of selling, especially, clothing items at that, no one will buy with a pushy and disrespectful attitude.
I walked a couple of shops down and found Steven's Bridal, it was like a night and day experience. Steven and his employees are super welcoming. Mom's, please avoid the headache and hassle and make your way to Steven's..you can try on without being pressured and he has PHENOMENAL pricing on his dresses/ packages.
The 2 stars are for the dresses being beautiful...but plenty of boutiques in the area have...

We walked in, showed them the dress she wanted to try on, and they quickly brought it out for a fitting. The dress is even more beautiful in person. There were two women tending to the shop, both spoke Spanish and English and were extremely helpful. They have dresses there to try on and tons of catalogs to look through. The shop also does custom sneakers (Vans or Air force) that they have enclosed in a case in the back of the shop. So many great ideas and Beautiful items to choose from. They do payment plans as well. The shop is narrow and feels small but there is more than enough space to look around. There is parking in front of the shop but it's hard to get a spot. We parked in a parking garage that had signs indicating it was $5, turned out to be $20 once you've parked. So, keep that in mind. But the shop itself...
