Starbucks — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Large space, and while there is no upholstered furniture there are lots and lots of desks. The place is not crowded and there are corners of the store which are more private. I placed my order and there were very few people but apparently the order was forgotten because after I used the restrooms I came out and stood by the delivery and one of the baristas asked "Are you waiting for something?" It had now been well over 5 minutes and no one else was in the store. She made it promptly and all is well, surprising overlooked green a slow time with at least three barist as working.

I sat for a while reading and after an hour and a half got a bagel and asked for some water. The guy joked and said "oh that would be pretty hard" which I thought meant he would get right to it. I finished my bagel and 10 minutes later still didn't have my water. If you're going to promise...

Came in and ordered 7 drinks for my coworkers and I. Most of which were simply plain coffees. The women taking my order kept impatiently giving me my total before I finished ordering all my drinks. The employees were all dismissive and in a bad mood as they handed out drinks. Got back to work only to find out I was given two lattes instead of two ciders. Called and asked for them to remake the proper drinks before I drove back, and said I'd be there in 5 mins. Showed up and no one had any idea what I was talking about. Had to wait 5 minutes before finally getting someone's attention, and then another 10 more for the correct drinks. I was polite and said thank you multiple times, which was returned with eye rolls and being treated like a burden. Never so much as an apology for making me miss twice as much work as I should have. I came to this location at 5:00 am on a Sunday. The lobby opens at 5:00 am. I saw two young ladies. One looked like she literally rolled out of bed. Anyway they were stocking the good case. I knocked for 5 minutes. I finally got their attention and they looked at me like I was crazy. The one dressed her Starbucks uniform looked at me and continue stocking the case. At this time it is 5:05, the other young lady mouth to me that the other worker would let me in. The other worker went to the back to get the half and half canisters. Then she went to open the other door. While I am still standing outside. Then took her sweet time to open the door where the only Customer was standing. The worst Customer service.
