The artist themselves were amazing. Their performance and vocals were top tier, I have the privilege of seeing the again because I loved their live performances!
The theater itself was extremely disorganized. I arrived at the venue at 4, the concert itself was supposed to start at 7 and the sound check at 6. When I arrived there were so many people waiting in random lines, that in the end had no meaning to them. The VIP line was huge and there were TONs of people in that line trying to sneak their way into VIP. I waited in the VIP line for almost 1 1/2 hours. They started closing the VIP line 10mins before the sound check and I thought they were going to deny VIP entry ultimately they didn’t!
The lines to go inside were just one huge mosh pit, no one was in line or even trying to get into line, everyone was just trying to out run each other which was extremely dangerous. I found this extremely odd because none of the security were trying to get this issue resolved instead they were huddled together laughing and I can only assume mocking some people’s outfits. I know they weren’t even doing their job because the staff checking people in had to ask them to please help with the lines, and only some of them did. The rest went across the street (I assume they were security for the football game)
It was messy just to get inside and unsafe. The security wasn’t really check people’s bags because someone literally snuck in a whole hair dryer and curling iron. (I saw them in the bathroom, trying to find an outlet)
And the bathroom. Obviously going in you have to know that the lines are going to be huge. After sound check I went to the bathroom and to my surprise there was no more toilet paper in the stalls. I have allergies so I always carry napkins or tissues sometimes a roll of toilet paper since My nose can get pretty clogged so luckily I was able to use to restroom (and I did leave my toilet paper roll behind lol)
Some advice, bring toilet paper and a hand held fan since waiting in line is a bit hectic and to help you not overheat.(toilet paper self explanatory) I think If I had to go through this experience again I would but only for this artist, since I do think they...
Read moreI went to this venue to go see The Boyz for their LA stop and this was probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had attending a venue. I had brought in a flag which I did not know it wasn't allowed in but it was the way how they handled the situation which ultimately ruined a portion of the night for me. Security did not check my bag properly, if they had done so they would have seen the flag and taken it away from me prior to being let in through the doors. When I had it taken away from me the staff who escorted me out the doors of the concert hall told me I could either turn it into guest services or they could get rid of it for me. I had told them I would turn it into guest services to pick it up later that night. They took my name down and proceeded to give me a blue ticket to come back to pick up my item. I had hi touch for the event so I could not come directly to guest services after the concert therefore when it was over and we were being escorted out, I told one of the staff where guest services was and they had told me it was closed and to come back the next day. I am not from California so being told to come back the next day was very inconvenienced for me. When I did come back the next day, it was closed. I was passing by 2 days later and saw there was an event going on so I headed over and explained to one of the staff working about the situation that happened days prior. They called over I'm going to assume a higher up? I told them the same thing I had told the first staff and all the staff said was that no one had turned in anything to guest services. I was dumbfounded because why would I receive a ticket to come back later to pick up my item if it was disregarded. I had other fans tell me that the staff who took their flags did not give them the option to go pick it up at guest services and that staff told them they were being thrown away. If I had known that it was going to be thrown away, I would have not bothered to take the time to go to guest services to drop it off. All that I received in response was a "sorry" which did not seem genuine. I am not upset over losing my flag but just how the situation was handled and staff being told...
Read moreWORST EXPERIENCE! Nice venue. HORRIBLE experience trying to get tickets. The only way you can get tickets is on their (faulty) app, which requires download and registration. They will not allow printed tickets or screen shots of tickets, only tickets displayed on their faulty app. The app kept getting stuck, refused to let me in, and the multiple password resets I got did not work. Then, I spent over ONE HOUR on the phone with their support person, who provided me INCORRECT INFORMATION. She said the app was just there for convenience, but I would receive my tickets by email (which is contrary to what the web site said). I asked her to wait while I checked my email, and no surprise, NO TICKETS! Just a receipt. I would have given up, but of course, they make you pay for it before you have to undergo this whole ordeal. I complained to her about it, and she tried to get me into the app. It took MULTIPLE TRIES, but I was finally able to get in. At this point, I had spent about 1 hr and 10 minutes on the phone. Later on, I found out that the information on their web site is also misleading at times: One place it says:"No still or moving pictures allowed" Someplace else it says still pictures without a flash are fine. It also says that no bags or packages are allowed, even see-through bags. Elsewhere it specifies that you can bring in a bag of (about 11x11x3, I believe?). Someone hasn't been doing their job of making sure all their information on their website is not in sync. I have vision problems, and asked if I could get seats closer to the front. The lady I was speaking to said there were no seats available closer to the front. I got there, and there were rows and rows of empty seats closer to the front, on the center and side sections. HUH???!! With all this poor setup, incorrect information and poor training, no wonder the theatre was HALF-EMPTY! I don't expect I'll ever go...
