Great strip mall with Trader Joe's as the main attraction. TJs grew when the neighboring store closed. GNC, dry cleaner, cigar shop, a few other places I've never been in but look good. The Plaza also has a popular diner on Ventura Blvd by the crosswalk to the Shell Station which is wedged between Ventura Blvd and Ventura Place, and just east of the diner is a (ugh!) The parking attendant works around every 90 mins with a chalk and mark tires. If you don't move, your car...
