I just wanted to take a moment and write a review for the team at The Actor's Photo Lab. I contacted them looking to get some headshots printed for my daughter. The copy of the digital photo I submitted was not high enough resolution for a quality print. They were very quick to let me know that and gave me some great details on what the size and resolution parameters should be to have a presentable print. I was able to have the photographer send the higher resolution image and the Team from The Actor's Photo Lab took it from there. They did the Headshot crop, set up, chose a great font and submitted back a proof in less than a days time. I made a few tweaks and finalized with them shortly there after. I had my worst headshot retouching experience here. I found them on Facebook and liked their headshot examples. So I paid and talked to someone who worked there, which was painful. We exchanged emails back and forth a few times and he still didn’t understand what I wanted, which was common simple requests for headshots retouch. He tried doing some retouching but it was just HORRIBLE. I highly doubted if that person knew what he’s doing. So I requested a refund and he just disappeared, never heard from him ever again. I called my credit card company and explained to them that I didn’t actually get their service and they gave me back the money.
