We had really high expectations after seeing a video about the food here and the imported desserts. Right from the beginning it was a bit of a let down in atmosphere. The service was not bad, but just not as great as you'd need for a memorable place you want to come back to. The guy who checked us in seemed indifferent and just pointed us to find a place to sit. Our waitress did seem friendly but just seemed rushed and overwhelmed. They all kind of did even though the place was not full and there were several people working in the small restaurant. We appreciated the heaters outside. I ordered a fettuccine Alfredo and I was very disappointed. The sauce was salty and generic. We didn't get any bread for the table either, while some tables did. Again, might have been how rushed they were. My husband ordered a panini that he said he liked. I thought it was good too but not more amazing than other paninis elsewhere. We tried the imported tiramisu, and again nothing amazing. I had several tiramisus while traveling through Italy and this did not taste close to those. I had a hot chocolate that was described in an amazing way on the menu. I was expecting something very different from what you can get here at 7eleven from an automatic machine, but tasted the same. Super sweet and with generic whip cream on top. So overall, food was edible, service has good effort, but would not return or...

Had been referred over there twice, but every time I had glanced over while in the neighborhood it looked very bustling for its tiny square footage, and figured it might be too much trouble to order.
Tonight it was mellow and relaxed, so was able to enjoy a chat with Kimberley, one of two pleasant folk who were the servers on duty.
Kimberly graciously answered all of my specific questions about how the pasta was cooked (I like it undercooked āal denteā- but unfortunately they pre-cook everything in the morning, then ānuke itā apparently when ordered- which honestly was a bit disappointing and why thereās four stars instead of five!)
Other than that, we went through all the different sizing options, which were quite generous for the pricing, and the food was quite tasty.
To be candid, I probably wouldāve not ordered anything if Kimberley hadnāt been so generous with her time, knowing that the pasta isnāt made fresh to order, but I did order a salad, and again it was worthwhile for the pricing.
It really is a lovely little bistro if what youāre looking for is a light meal, a quick lunch or dinner to go, or something very light while enjoying your iced cappuccino, etc.
Itās very casual and definitely not a place you need reservations...

I came in for a quick bite on the go. Was told there is only table seating. Took a seat and ordered what seemed the quickest, little paninis. The waitress, Kelsie, brought out the sandwiches both of which had mayonnaise on them. The menu didnāt say that. As if a person who canāt eat mayo would not have a lifetime of experience looking for that word on menus.
But she said the menu did. So I asked to see the menu. It didnāt say that and I pointed it out.
She said flatly and with a rude tone: āwell it comes with it.ā
I said it really should say it somewhere. She then says āyou know what Iāll just refund your moneyā really flat and like sheās somehow upset with me.
No apology. No asking if they could remake it. Nothing but attitude for something I didnāt cause. I just left the sandwiches uneaten in the table and said she was really horrible. And she said āthanks.ā
I have not seen such disregard for customer experience in years. How can they stay in business with this sort...
