I’ve been to many physical therapists over the years, and Manreet is by far the best one! I first started seeing her for what I thought was a back injury, but through our treatment, we realized something else was wrong, and she began a custom treatment plan to treat my actual pain and lack of mobility as we figured out what was wrong. After getting several tests from additional doctors, it turns out I had been grossly misdiagnosed, and in fact had CRPS in my right leg. Manreet was able to adapt to this new diagnosis and supported me with a tailored regimen that allowed me to improve significantly. During this time, I also began fertility treatments and became pregnant, and every step of the way, Manreet made sure to address the needs of my changing body and help me build up the strength I needed while making sure not to exacerbate my existing condition. Unlike most PTs who stick to a cookie-cutter regimen and provide generic exercises you could find on YouTube, Manreet takes a patient-first approach and treats each patient for their unique circumstance and their particular experience. Im a 21 year old student and played sports all my life and at the varsity level in high school. Never had any serious injuries. However on Jan 2024 I had a severe case of disc herniation leaving me bedridden for 2-3 weeks as well as having to get a epidural steroid injection just to even sit, lay down, or walk without agonizing in excruciating pain.

All this made me reach the lowest point in my life thus far and after meeting several doctors (3-5), many suggested for surgery. However, I took a leap of faith and decided to go to Vero, which at the time, was a relatively new shop.

I met with Manreet, founder & physiotherapist at Vero, twice a week beginning in mid Jan 2024. Within the first session, the tingling sensation behind my legs was gone (which was bothering me for 3 weeks already at the time). Within the second week (4 sessions), numbing sensation also dissapeared (at this point i had it for a month)

In mid march, I made so much progress with Manreet that I was able to defy the odds and went back to the weight room. I workout with Frank, founder and personal trainer at vero, to ensure my safety and new insights into weightlifting considering my condition. I began seeing Manreet over Covid due to an ongoing issue with my lower back and pain that radiated from there. I had been to many specialist that could not diagnose the problem and had no idea how to help me. My chiropractor referred me to Manreet because she found her to be a very thoughtful and intelligent physical therapist that had helped many of her patients. I presented at my first appointment very discouraged. I'd stopped exercising because I was in almost constant pain. But from the first assessment I could see that Manreet was listening and thinking of the best approach to deal with my issues. She asked me questions as she carefully diagnosed what she thought was going on. We started a protocol of in person visits and at home exercises. Within 3 weeks I had improved so much that I was once again able to do things I hadn't been able to do for years. Within 3 months I could ride my bike again, walk and even jog again!
