This is the absolute worst management team I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Nicole Hahn and Sonny Chong are the most unprofessional individuals you will encounter. Their discriminatory, dismissive, and condescending behavior has caused me a tremendous amount of stress. I am a young black professional male who has attempted to move into this non diverse building simply because the location is convenient for me and I projected that it would make my life easier and unfortunately I was wrong. I haven’t even moved into the building yet and already there are arising issues causing me financial strain. After filling out the application I received a call the next day from from one of the leasing associates that I was approved for move in with low amounts. I went to view the apartment and as soon as I hit the door everyone in the office looked at me is if I wasn’t supposed to be there and it made me uncomfortable but I looked passed it because I thought maybe I’m just being paranoid. I proceeded to view the apartment and fell in love with it so I gave them my cashiers check, signed a few calculation papers, and etc.. I was so excited about the move in that I cancelled the lease where I am currently staying and we all know how that goes. All of a sudden the next day I receive a very disappointing email that the deposit amounts for my move in had risen over $2k because the leasing associate handling my move in did not thoroughly read through the approval application and missed the actual amount. I wish they would’ve been more aware of their jobs and had told me this before I cancelled my current lease agreement. I attempted to convey my concerns and how this mistake made ON THEIR END has effected me. They were very disrespectful about the situation and unapologetic, their response was basically that it doesn’t matter and I should just deal with it. They were unwilling to bend or even make up for the mistake in any way. In urgency of having to move soon I was forced to make provisions with them to make the move in possible and sensible for me and had to work out a situation that was most convenient for them. After making provisions I yet in still run into frustrations with this staff. If I have even the slightest inquiry about my application or move in they become very rude and nasty with me. They are extremely unwelcoming.There are no Afro or other individuals in sight in this building and the entire leasing staff is ironically of Asian decent. They treat those such as myself with such disregard and disrespect. If you are considering moving into this building I suggest that you look elsewhere because this will definitely not be an exciting...

My husband and I lived here for a year now, but we're relocating to another city due to work. I wanted to write a review because I think some of the negative reviews were unfair. Everyone in the leasing office, especially Bryan Cho, is so friendly and helpful. Security guards and maintenance team are also very friendly and professional. The property is clean and well maintained. The front desk accepts packages for you and notifies you by by email which is very convenient. our unit was facing the pool and was very quiet. Windows are double paned and keeps out most noises. Also, we didn't hear any noise from our neighbors so the walls must be well constructed.

Yes, there's construction in progress in the parking garage, but it's not a huge inconvenience. Yes, there's skate boarders in the court yard, but there's always a security guard or a Police officer around should you need help. Yes, the fire alarm goes off on occasion, but certainly not all the time. And false fire alarm, marijuana smoking neighbors are issues in most apartment complexes anyways.

All in all, we were very comfortable here and I hope the negative reviews don't deter anyone...

I have been living here for 4 years and moved to a new unit last week.

EVERYONE PLEASE INSPECT YOUR UNIT THOROUGHLY BEFORE SIGN YOUR LEASE!

I noticed a serious cockroach problem since move-in day. We’ve seen cockroaches in the kitchen and living room. I’ve been spotting 10+ cockroaches daily for the past week, and I’ve had to throw away so many items after finding cockroaches crawling on them. This has not only been frustrating but also costly, as I had to replace personal items due to the infestation. I have two dogs, and the cockroach issue has made me very worried about my pet’s health and safety. I constantly worry about my dog coming into contact with cockroaches or any chemicals used to treat the infestation.

Despite all the inconvenience and expenses caused by this cockroach issue, the apartment management has never offered any form of compensation. This has been really disappointing, as I feel that residents shouldn’t have to bear the costs of an issue that management has not resolved effectively.

I hope management will take stronger action to address this problem and ensure a cleaner, healthier living environment...
