I’m absolutely livid. After growing my hair out for over a year, I requested a trim that would leave the length intact, taking only a bit of the weight off the sides. When the stylist asked if I wanted the sides cut "a little," I emphasized VERY little. The first thing they did? Buzzed off 4 full inches.
