i used to shop from this store on instagram and their east coast location but my last purchase from them was horrendous. it was a purse that was shipped to the entirely wrong address. the person who took my order over the phone didn’t write down my address as he admittedly was busy and thought he could remember it. i had to insist on receiving tracking when the purse hadn’t arrived within 10 days or so. the owner gave me a hard time as she told me she didn’t customarily provide tracking. Once i tracked the package, i immediately saw the botched address. i tried to retrieve the bag from the recipient at the wrong address but they refused to give it to me. the owner tried to deflect blame and provided no apology. i made it clear i was going to take action if she withheld a refund from me which is when she caved and refunded me. later on, i inquired about transparent pricing on instagram which is when she blocked me. the owner of this store is unfit to run a business in every aspect. shop here at your own risk.

responding to owner’s reply: i just looked at your website and the first vendor listed is @shopworshipwest, which is the vendor described in the above review. i clicked on the username link and sure enough i’m blocked from that account so i definitely have the right place! blocking a customer on social media for asking for transparent pricing to curtail racist sales practices is the most pathetic thing a store...

Worship Collective is a fantastic vintage store. IMO one of the best vintage stores in LA, at least the east side! It’s not a huge store, so you don’t feel too overwhelmed going through the racks but they have some of the best clothing curation (designer and non-designer).
